My question would be to remind them of this RNS 6 month ago on why it was important to consolidate the shares in issue at 1500/1 and if that reason still stand.... as shareholders are getting worried with 300m more shares than what we started at continually issued at pocket money and if this policy of silence on the gold mine will change after the GM to better reflect NTVO producing status in line with other producers and the gold Market in general

FACT: just a few weeks later, fieldwork couldn't be complete unless they passed a resolution that would bypass investors.

How did they not know on 13th August that they didn't have the required funding to complete? Has Jorge Pinedo just been sitting round waiting for this or has NTVO had to pay travel costs?

No doubt all of the above will be washed away by other posters by saying "GOLD IS AT ATH" etc....

Nothing posted has been inaccurate. 99% is from the RNS updates and asking questions from the same.

The only inaccuracies are speculations on who might be trading etc.

MrH, why does it suggest buys for the other 80%? These were promised at 0.45p so it will be difficult for the price to bounce away from this until complete (including warrants).

Unfortunately, Helicks post about a working update in 2/3 weeks wasn't quite factually correct. The quote was about funding:

Just to pause the Gold price chatter for a second, can anyone assist with this? Now that resolutions have been passed, when will we be notified about future share issues / capital raises? Will we have to keep any eye out of the shares in issue on their website (that is not regularly monitored)?
