TR-1 confirms it – Bergen are the ones behind the 38.46m sub at 0.003p. They now hold 10%+ of the company. That’s not pocket change punters, that’s a proper US fund on the register.

Well good to see a US fund based in the big apple who will have contacts and know a few money men. $28.7 million seems to be the total portfilio for them...as a passive investor in the public markets, Bergen does not seek board representation, allowing talented management teams to focus on unlocking value for all stakeholders. Where is the evidence / quote that production will start in Nov? This was previously based on sampling being completed in September. Funding stopped this, and isn't going to be processed until at least 8th Oct. Then they need to finish sampling & tender contracts....

So nothing, then.
