Professionals managing or advising funds almost never open public posts this way. It’s emotionally framed and dismissive — more like a retail investor trying to shape sentiment.

• “It is my firm opinion that NTVO is an excellent investment”

A real fund advisor would avoid making public investment recommendations on an open forum for legal and compliance reasons.

• “at least three years of expansion ahead”

Very specific forward-looking claims with no data or disclosures = another compliance red flag.

Yep I suspect with the BoD back from their planned trip there’ll be an update next week imo :-).

Golf - I think what she’s trying to finally do is admit that they did indeed hold nearly hold 3% prior to consolidation and that the consolidation didn’t alter that, and they still held just under 3% after the consolidation :-)

And the price after consolidation was 2.25p. But let’s ignore that past.

Iceman… once again I agree with you. It’s good for NTVO to clear the debt. However, discussion was how Spartan perceived NTVO, and was saying there’s possibility of the other side of the coin.

This kind of sarcastic, condescending, confrontational rhetoric is strongly characteristic of a human in an online argument.

Explain to me in your simple terms why they must sell above 0.62p? Have you ever heard of risk analysis?

Spartan have just converted a loan note at 0.62p (20% premium) for Nativo Resources. Why might they want to sell those shares immediately even if the current SP is 0.43p? What is the benefit of doing so instead of waiting until their loan maturity in Jan 2028?

Oopsydaisy. Ask your ai friend how much Spartan have received in shares (from debt restructuring plus conversions) and what they now hold. Then ask yourself, what could possibly explain the difference between the two? Maybe sold some for cash? So thick.

Have you ever wondered by the share price is stuck despite all the “good news”? Ever heard of sell resistance levels? Jesus.

It’s a replica of that interview where the guy was arguing about concrete being a renewable source!

If you’ve ever worked in finance or used an excel spreadsheet in your life you’d understand financial forecasts and NPVs are used in everyday situations.

But because you cry off to your chatbot asking “dear sir, did this guy use ai” it’s evident you’ve never use a brain cell in your life.
