Historic dilutions were always going to play a part when news was released and put in place resistance levels. Saying it would hit 1p, however, is what is called misleading. It’s very much screams you’ve bought in and creating hype so that others join your ride and you’re trying to get the SP up. If you’re so confident in NTVO, why not buy and sit without posting ai jargon each day?

The facts remain that there is 180k plus interest repayable each month. Delays to mining have crunched the impact of this - and the most likely scenario will be that YA will need to convert.

Not necessarily. Train still at the station despite “game changing” news yesterday and comments quoting closings of 1p. The fact sells outweighed buys on the day of news confirms what most were saying.

Potential for 2026? Yes of course. But the wait continues.

Now the dust has settled and day traders have jumped onto the next one 😉 …capped rise as expected. Still some unknown elements with “intentions” to mine this quarter and when exactly they plan to scale it up. Previous plan, based on commencing mining in Q4 2025, was that they’d be cash positive by Q3 2026 (quoted in webinar). Wonder if still the case if mining has since been pushed back 3 months.

I do wonder if we will see any TR1s after those chunky sales yesterday.

Helx do you finally admit that the 3-5tpd in my earlier calculations for early stage mining was indeed correct? 50-90 tonnes per month works out at 4tpd if you exclude the weekends.

The tone and phrasing are classic retail-forum pump style, not institutional communication:

Professionals managing or advising funds almost never open public posts this way. It’s emotionally framed and dismissive — more like a retail investor trying to shape sentiment.

• “It is my firm opinion that NTVO is an excellent investment”

A real fund advisor would avoid making public investment recommendations on an open forum for legal and compliance reasons.

• “at least three years of expansion ahead”

Very specific forward-looking claims with no data or disclosures = another compliance red flag.
