The parties agree that the proposed valuation ascribed to 100% of Semnet for the Potential Listing will be US$54 million, of which GST's 67% ownership of Semnet is agreed to be valued at US$36 million subject to the Potential Listing being successfully completed.

Our crypto exchange, especially with the integration of Bake, is worth much more than our current Mcap alone.

Personally I hope Semnet gets listed, MS or Veeam take a huge slice of shares and eventually buy semnet out for over 250m.

That would keep everyone involved very happy.

From this Mcap we have currently, on receipt of the Semnet listing, this price does 100% in a matter of hours from whatever level it is at that time IMO, some will recall the price bagging in 3 hours on receipt of Paypt acquisition, the Semnet news is worth so much more to us than Paypt was.

If it gets up to around the price it was pre placing, say 2.5 to 2.8p and an RNS drops about either Easysend, Semnet, another surprise etc, people wont have the chance to sell at 3p, more like 3.5 to 4p depending what news it is, if they so wish to.

You can sniff regular placees out quite easily, on LSE, X etc.

Check out their histories which very often coincide with companies raising money.

swervington, i dont think share holders of wise would give **** about your service, especially anyone who got in early.

This is exactly why if you split down each pillar and compare each of them, not just the neo banking side of Gst, to competitors in each field, I.e crypto exchanges and cyber security businesses as well, the current Mcap of Gst is a joke and a huge opportunity for any investor.

Bring on the next cog of the big wheel.

Jiffy the point is there is no where like the US to float a company, find me a company on LSE or anywhere other country that offers the potential the US offers. The available money over there is madness. If semnet can continue with collaborations with MS, Veeam etc and make a name for themselves in the US, then they might just become very big and attract a lot of money.
