Take the placing for 1.05 in April of last year, within 5 months the SP was half that price.

Who cares if the news is priced in today. Personally I haven't got a clue and don't care.

Investors look at the progress of the business and this is another massive step forward for the business.

More importantly it's another example of the BoD laying out it's strategy and delivering against it. This is the right business in the right market at the right time imo

Angra = Bargain

GS20 = Bargain

Paypt = Bargain

Semnet = unbelievable Bargain.

Cake = unbelievable Bargain.

Sorry buy any long term holder shouldn't be unhappy and all of a sudden untrust the BoD, that's ridiculous. Each and every time they raise they use the cash to accelerate growth.

We now have enough cash to plough on, get easysend over the line and semnet listed on Nasdaq, I said id welcome a raise, the price is a little low but it guarantees they get it through, I assumed they may not need one but business wise why not? It feels like a kick in the gonads at the time however it makes no difference at all. You'll all be back to praising the BoD once acquisitions are done saying that you never had any doubts.

Get a grip, it's a publicly listed company, this happens.
