The next news on Semnet should be that we've paid the $400k to TGC who is putting up the remaining balance to get it listed, we even get that 400k back on listing.

It's huge news and coupled with the recent excellent financials is why we are at the Mcap we see now, which is still undervalued with what's coming up.

In 10 days it will be 2 months since the legally binding HoT has been signed. A lot should happen in 2 months, update soon in my opinion.

People also need to remember that whilst the integration between GS20 and Bake is taking place, both sites are still up and running and making money, when the integration is complete, that's going to be huge for us.

It's ridiculous how much is going on here at the moment that means explosive revenue increases, no losses and more profits.

In October Gst announces a non binding MOU with TGC re the listing of Semnet on Nasdaq stating 'over the next 3 months they will work on an agreement.

In fact only 1 month later, they announced a legally binding HoT for the listing. So they've actually accelerated the process. Obviously keen to get it on the market.

To me this means it's happening and happening soon and I'm confident of an update soon and imo you need to be holding when that announcement is made.
