Arthur, I'm not being passive aggressive, however your trying to state things as fact and asking silly questions that have been answered in an official rns. If the BoD are in a rush to list Semnet on Nasdaq, then there is nothing stopping them from doing so and they could get is listed in the 6 to 8 week timeline suggested on the Nasdaq Website.

You really need to research, the 36m is what it's worth to Gst as the major share holders, it's over 50m.

Only 2 things surprised me about the raise, and it wasn't the raise itself, I said I would have welcomed one.

The surprises were the price of 1.9p and the amount of only 2.25m.

Now we know it was rushed through with Duces working hard, the price was obviously set as a guarantee it was taken up quickly, I just don't see why they didn't raise more, at least 5m.

Tells us that the BoD only continue to raise the money needed to the time to accelerate growth, which is great, guessing we're going to find out pretty soon what it was for.

My guess FWIW, accelerate Bake Integration, accelerate Easysend acquisition and to accelerate Semnet listing.

I think the maintenance on Bake on Monday is a strong indicator on what's coming soon.

Theeduke, unfortunately Wayne is a calamity trader, he pops up of loads of boards crying that he was spiked in them, he's probably sold and bought Qbt and will be spiked in there to, he can't hold a share for more than 5 mins, his average here should be around 0.6p but I guarantee it isn't. Not worth engaging with.

If the Qbt lot had any sense whatsoever, they would be taking profits and piling in here, shame Koolkat and Jambone are still heavily under water there though. QBT going commercial will require lots of money and they have none, so that is a pre placing Rns if ever I've seen one they're not even using the right chip.

Gst have raised now, wink wink.

If it gets to a 1b valuation in the future, which i have to reiterate isn't that much in this sector at all, that's 50p a share.

We are in a multi trillion dollar sector Wayne.

500m Mcap even is nothing, so 25p a share which is about what the BoD reckon they'll get it to.

The sky is the limit here.
