The book value of my SND shares is now showing a 100% loss again!? After a week of showing book value in my trading account.Ive had no offers for my shares,apparently an OTC company can devalue your shares according to Gemini? If that’s the case,then could ROX do that to all the shares it can’t buy back? This OTC stuff is all so confusing and frustrating!

As far as I’m aware,all third party shares are held in CREST with various brokerages.They could only be sold or purchased on JP Jenkins.The shares stay at book cost whilst in storage and are re-rated if or when the company decides to float again in future,at least I think that is correct.

18-22p will suit me nicely! I’m also in very early with one of the other shares mentioned in the video…let the nay-sayers who are gutted that the price won’t drop enough to make 10% and act all clever about it.

Although,that is only my opinion.I could be wrong.Im only going on what I’ve researched myself.

My thought too,unless ROX have secretly acquired 90% of the shares,then they can’t force our hands…so 10p+ it is then….

My modest holdings here,are now showing a cash value for the amount I initially purchased before de-listing…that’s with my II trading account.

Apparently,in the event of a buy-out,a major generally will pay a premium of between 20-50% of the target market cap of the company it wishes too buy out…according to ai..

£6.67 ish,sounds a bit on the low side too me..especially when you take into account the obvious dilution that will be needed to reach full on production as a junior player too major.

Agreed,I’m basically an LTH type investor…but nothing wrong in putting a bit of profit into a highly speculative stock too see how things play out…

Dusty,so you took a risk on EEE dropping in price and got back in lower and did well out of it,great,it’s one of those things that occasionally happens on an investment journey…but I bet you haven’t done the same on every other of your investments,nobody wins them all,we all lose a few…but you seem to like to remind us all about your day in the sun with EEE every time there’s a RNS,relax a bit mate,it’s not life and death.

Totally agree Manlord,with the share price staying very consistent around the 10p mark,it shows that EEE has a massive LTH base who really know value when they see it…definitely not an attractive proposition for the day-traders,who love fluctuations.Also puts minds at rest knowing that the next lot of RNS’s will be all about progress and not about dilutions like a lot of life style companies on the AIM market.

And…get the prices up to speed…

Surely this age of digital technology,brokers should be able to apply the new ticker as soon as trading opens?…
