Well,they do say that opinions are like @r5e holes…everybody has one.The reality is that once the figures are released,then the market will judge what the company is worth,not what anyone person on a b/b says,as for not being a gambler,the last time I looked betting on horses and football then bragging about it again on a b/b….is a tad hypocritical …..just my thoughts.

Companies that delisted from aim onto JP Jenkins then refloated on Nasdaq;Planet Payment-2014(fintech),Biofrontera-2024,(pharma) and GenMark Diagnostics-2010,(diagnostics),there are a few others,but not many.So it has obviously happened previously,worth looking into how things panned out for investors in these companies.

Ok,so dematerialised shares in the UK will match the share price of the newly re-floated company in the US from what I can gather.It maybe a bit more complicated to do because of exchange rates and extra charges etc,but aim guessing as long as you convert the paper issued ones with your Broker when they arrive in the post,then things should be ok.Personally,I would speak to them directly before this happens…obviously,I’m no expert here and could be wrong.Im sure there’s probably beer other cases with companies doing something similar and will look into it when I get time.
