As I say,It seems that there is a concerted effort to slow things down trading wise with this stock now,judging by others comments…

I wouldn’t put it past the powers that be to be ‘extra slow’ in allowing the hairy ar@se too sooner chance to capitalise on what could be this year’s Unicorn….

Frustrated with Fidelity,I want to top skim my initial outlay,but still showing as CASS and yesterdays prices,wished I’d bought with II,seems they are one of the few platforms on the ball with the change over today.

Even google finance hasn’t woken up to the news of the name change!

I mean,if it’s good enough for a previous Unicorn company Greatland Gold…then why not the Empire?! Maybe that’s the plan further down the line,here’s hoping.

Once we actually get the MRE,then just maybe SB will follow ML’s advice of the last 2 years…join ASX! I’m pretty sure the price would be probably double what it is here at the Wild West shoe called AIM..

Arteee,yep,my Fidelity account still shows as CASS..even after another buy today..my II account is now showing ALRT,going to transfer my Fidelity account over,lack of international shares to buy etc.

My Fidelity account is still showing CASS,not ALRT.Im pressuring this will change over as the day progresses? I’m transferring out of Fidelity soon as they are too limited in trading options,I mean, no NASDAQ or ASX options,bit of a joke this day in age…

Dusty,yes,you make a good point about IPX.Im going to buy some shares myself,give it a couple of years when production really kicks-off,then yes it definitely looks good from a strategic point to have a Titanium manufacturer on our doorstep,so to speak…but let’s get to that stage first with EEE.

I’ve taken a position here,averaging 0.06,I’ve seen price predictions of 9p! Don’t know if that’s possible,but will be doing more d/d today.

It wasn’t so long ago that staying above 5p was a good sign,this year(so far) it’s 10p….come the MRE,then it’s a minimum of 15p,give it a year…then hopefully £1 will be the new low!

With the expectancy of an impressive MRE being announced in the near future,it seems that the MM’s are holding back the price for some big boy buyers,who by now will know all about our massive find and want a piece of it! That’s my theory.

MM’s keeping the price down,big buys in the last two days and the actual share price hasn’t actually moved much…we usually get a delayed reaction after a RNS,it’s going to move significantly soon.

*41% added to the 49% of shares needed to buy-out the rest of us…unless they have increased their holdings recently.

To actually rebrand a company OTC requires a share-holder vote of 75%…I obviously missed that bit?! ROX needs to purchase another 41% of outstanding shares to force the issue,seems too much of a stretch too me.This really needs someone with extensive knowledge of business law to look at,I find it baffling.

I’ve absolutely no doubt that if and when this company hits US shores,then it will become the success story it should be…absolute shambles the way things have played out so far.

Ok,so my understanding is that Rox would need at least 90% of the shares to force a squeeze for the remaining 10%,or hold a Share-holder vote for a sell-out,which I presume would contain a reasonable share price offer to holders.

Can ROX compulsory purchase our shares? If not,then I assume we just wait until Aion re-launches…at hopefully a lot higher price!
