I’ve never bothered here,because I’ve watched far more insightful investors…one the who even help create the company get shot down on a regular basis!Anyway,im sure the current BOD who you keep reminding us are the lowest paid on aim,will surely be getting that massive pay rise…after nearly 30 years..

I lost a small fortune here,should of cashed-out at 1.5p,I will be highly surprised if this stock ever recovers,especially now that the World and his dog are all into AI,too much competition coming in the near future,me thinks,glad I’m out.

However things play out,it’s a win win for both EEE and shareholders in the near future.

Why not just open the Worlds largest Walmart for Titanium instead? and just supply customers with an off the shelf service,the product is literally sitting there,so just mine it too order instead.My concern is,that once you let a major get its foot in the door,then you know how is going to end for the smaller company.

Why sell a part-share in the largest find of its type in the World? Why not let the value of Empire sky-rocket and use small share dilutions too expand the mining operation instead.The danger of letting a major through the door is quite simple,they could easily mine far more product quickly with their massive mining operations equipment,then potentially make a hostile takeover bid of Empire further down the line!..no thanks.

My error ML,I misunderstood what you reported back earlier,so my apologies.The fact that we don’t need to JV and are sitting pretty will no doubt play a big part in the re-rate of the company,hopefully not for another few weeks…not until my pension transfer to my sipp goes through!

SB has now said that one of the aims is to make the project potentially saleable too.Im guessing that probably rules out a JV,because any major would want a 50% cut,which would be a serious dilution! Hopefully now,EEE will continue alone with as little as dilution as possible.

I’m heavily invested in EEE financially and as the company are on the cusp of great things,I think it imperative that all the nonsense stops,yes,I’ve had my moments too but that’s me done with the stupidity.I think that from now on if everyone reports EVERYY distruptive post…then maybe the moderators will have to take action.GLA

Artic,the £7.80 Cev quoted is based on the potential value right now,basically if Empire can manage the project themselves at minimum costs,then the less share dilution will be needed.

Thanks Cev,it will be very interesting to see what the figures will be in the next 6-12 months,we may even be able to estimate potential dilution costs for each stage of the mining process based on industry averages..assuming Empire decide to partner-up further down the line.

Darbinator,it’s just a guesstimate on my part to what a potential buy-out price should be.The figure of £7 plus has been mentioned by various members who are far more qualified than me to predict a valuation of this find,im working on a major paying around 70-80% of any full market valuation…I may be being a tad optimistic…but you never know!

Excellent news,many thanks ML,you are easily the most dedicated and dilligent investor out there! I predicted a potential buy-out a while back at £2-3…I hope I wrong and Empire stay the distance,if not…then surely anything under £5 would be incredibly cheap.
