Unfortunately for current management, the debt left by Lofgran is the killer here. The new CEO sounds OK but unfortunately has already backtracked on a previous promise not to dilute shareholders any more. In this interview he didn't even brush on the subject, leaving the door open to more discounted placings. Imo.
