The AIM peasants are revolting No 2: Union Jack Oil & Gas23 May 2025 18:14
By Tom Winnifrith, the Sheriff of AIM
Perhaps change is afoot. My anger at the incompetence, greed and, frankly, dishonesty of too many AIM and Small Cap boards is, it seems, far from unique. The peasants are stirring and may be revolting. Second up is Union Jack Oil & Gas (UJO) where the two key directors, both in their seventies, trouser a combined Β£475,000 but with expenses and employers NI almost certainly cost the company Β£600,000 or more and yet own just over 2% of the equity.
