Please investigate David Lenigas and Tom Evans for alledged Pennpetro fraud

Following yesterday’s news from Pennpetro (PPP) I have written to the FCA about its former CEO Tom Evans who resigned in December 2024 and David Lenigas who resigned on October 31 2024.

Helpful🤡, you really are a halfwit. Continually proven wrong over 7 years. DRC, Lithium, Faso, blah, blah.

Some cannot fathom how you have the neck to carry on as you do but, hey, that's a lot of neck to go round! 🐷 🤣

Banburyboy. Helpful🤡 is really illustrating 🔔🔚's incompetence ramping Soma. Soma Market Capital has gone up 90 million in the last 4 months. That is one hell of a negative jab at the RRR CEO for selling the asset off cheaply.

So not only did 🔔🔚 get the DRC asset stolen from under his nose, not realising the true value of the asset at the time, he also undersold the Soma asset by 80 million.

Gross incompetent on multiple fronts. Imo.

Helpful🤡, very true. Nobody has made money here, including yourself.

On the flip side. I haven't lost any money here either. Its been steadly accumulating elsewhere and not been locked up here for 7 years. 😁

Copied from the other board re: Soma royalty to RRR. Looks like another court case ahead.

"I met someone from Soma at the end of last year, and I asked several times about RR's royalty and the guy ignored my questions. So finally I asked him why he didn't want to discuss RR's royalty and he became very agitated and said if they wanted to they could relocate the mill! He was quite unprofessional, IMO."

As Helpful🤡 has pointed out, the Soma payments, if received (some suggest material mined from an outside source isn't covered in the agreement?) won't start until November and won't satisfy the vast RRR debt.

That leaves either the DRC payment or shareholder dilution firmly on the table. "The DRC award publication seems as far off as ever and is just that, a "publication", NOT a payment.

So eye-watering shareholder dilution appears to be the only game in town, bearing in mind no sale of assets due to disinterest from buyers and high worth individuals refusing to bankroll RRR anymore.

Throw in the mix £10 million of debt, POW payment overdue, Andrew Bell spending his time on Twitter x all day trying to resurrect his dream of being part of the political stage, rather than facing the music and holding the shareholder meeting which is overdue, brings only one unsavoury conclusion to be incoming....

Directors look like a carbon copy of UKOG & RRR. Scammers. Lenigas has had his fat fingers in all of them. Expecting a similar RNS from RRR soon... 💩 🥪

UJO got lucky with Wressle. Small chance that will be duplicated so the SP will decline on line with the Wressle output. Imo.

You didnt comment on 🔔🔚's answer to your question about the timescale for the release of the publication? Never mind Soma or Kobo, they don't touch the sides of 10 million of debt 😉

Up 170% in 6 months. If as Helpful🤡 said its due to production from the old RRR mine then that's another biblical mistake from 🔔🔚 & Helpful🤡.

It is funny to watch Helpful🤡 go negative on RRR and then get ignored by 🔔🔚 on Twitter X for all to see. Imagine spending 8 years pumping RRR and quoting you were going to be walking away with 10 million only to be left holding something of scrap value. 🔔🔚 has certainly out played him at every turn... 🤣

Im still of the conclusion that there will be a mass dilution for shareholders here with the option to buy some of the newly issued shares at the 'discounted' price institutions are buying in at. Raises more money for management and helps sweeten shareholders (slightly). A cleverly crafted 💩🥪.

Get UKOG suspended on a accounting technicality and then the directors can drain the last of the cash in wages while being retired early, which is what they technically are now.
