Personally i disagree. Once Spud starts there will be higher interested than Jethro 1. My reasoning is Jethro 1 was a wild-cat plays that was successful, beyond even Tullow own expectations. This has taken a lot of the risk of the table for all partners.

Joe has the same chances of success as Jethro 1(43%) but is a much smaller Spud to TD timescale. Retail Investors and Institutional Investors will take there position up-to and Beyond Spud. If no oil 57% chance, then you will be correct in your prediction on SP price.

Time will tell who is right or Wrong.

Tullow oil-find opens markets for Guyana
The exploration well which was drilled in the Orinduik Block, by the Stena Forth drillship, discovered oil in commercial quantities. The well encountered 55m of net oil pay, which supports a recoverable oil resource estimate that exceeds Tullow’s pre-drill forecast. It is the first discovery on the Orinduik Block and comprises high-quality oil-bearing sandstone reservoirs of Lower Tertiary age.

The discovery of oil reserves at the Jethro-1 well is the fourth for 2019 and brings the total number of offshore wells to 14.

While putting an accurate value on Eco is difficult at this early stage, the market cap currently is about £200million (at 129p) which, as context, is about the cost of two deep water wells.
