I emailed Companies House to object to the strake off and i am awaiting response.
I also email the The Insolvency Service to enquire how there investigation was proceeding. Which i asked for back in 2019
There replay was that the case has been closed and no further action is going to be taken.
So without that ongoing case, this time around Companies House can not stop it, as they only follow there procedures for late fillings
As regards to any assets, they would have been redistributed or transferred brfore New Day Asset Management Limited decided to get compulsory strike-off. Yes it was a choice, they choosedOtherwise at the point of strike-off all goes to the Grown

Even the FCA told you this in a email "I contacted the FCA and they sent me a reply today saying they are not aware of any investigation into Worthington Group"

Yes this AIM which is a news driven market, plus most retail traders on here are Gamblers and looking for there quick fix and that is why most Company Shares on AIM to not hold there value. Most do not pay any dividend, this is why people move there money around while they wait for the next piece of news to hit
Nothing to do with MM. It is at the moment more people are selling than buying. If i was a MM and people are selling, why would i offer a higher price. You only offer a higher price when the sellers dry up and you need to encourage people to sell
At the moment there is not a strong buy pressure on the share price, hence only 1.5%+
The de-risking and popularity of the Guyana Basin has also been assisted by the fact that Tullow Oil of the United Kingdom has also successfully drilled two wells near to Exxon’s Stabroek Block in recent weeks. It plans to sink several more exploratory wells in the new year. Similar plans are in train by Repsol of Spain and CGX Energy of Canada whose concessions are close to the Suriname border

TLW are down because of a HSBC downgrade.. not because leaks from Carapa (Bloomberg) -- HSBC analyst Swarup Bhattar cut the recommendation on Tullow Oil Plc to reduce from hold. PT set to 50 pence, implies a 26% decrease from last price. Tullow average PT is 104.81 pence.

no i agree with you, us shareholders will not get anything back. Each year that has gone by the pot as been eaten into by Legal and Liquidation fees. When this started they where talking about 200+ Million of Rangers Assets, now they are talking about returning a few Million. The Worthington pension deficit was at least 5M. Shareholders are always last in the queue unless you hold warrant and other securities
Nothing because unless their is a detailed investigation you will never get to the truth. With resources in the UK stretched in all government department its very unlikely anyone will investigate because the costs outweigh the rewards of a successful prosecution. Simple fact not big enough.
look at HMRC you can open a company run it for a couple of years, pay no tax then get struck off but the chances of HMRC chasing you for the money is very low as they do not see it as cost effective
Yes i do think they where involved and i do think they new what was going on. Otherwise why let a company you hold 75% in get struck off when according to their own accounts dated 02 April 2019 they have over £400,000 in assets but the only thing they have invested in is Whet?
