is perpetuating the myth that Innova is an American company. Both the Guardian and the Mail call it 'California based', The Independent doesn't say anything about where it comes from.

That is no excuse. There wasn't a Chinese test either - not unless you were prepared to fraudulently change the manufacturers instructions and force MHRA to 'stretch a point' and approve it!

Governments have control over the procurement process
Government had control over the fraudulent repackaging of a 'professional use only' product for home use
Government scientists have control over which LFTs pass their approval process
Government have contol over £ millions spent on the VACCINE first messaging and 99.9% accuracy of tests.

I see a number of alternative interpretations:

1) The gov was reluctant to reveal a super accurate covid test in case it stopped the vaccine roll-out success, so they have cynically covered up news of something that they were very much aware of while continuing project fear to get younger cohorts vaccinated.

2) The gov has become more sensitive to accusations of profligacy and corruption therefore wanted to use the Innova stockpile

3) Development work was still ongoing to overcome the problem of the QR code/App link that could permit a test to be used for a covid passport.

4) Boris wanted to reveal the sovereign test as our 'Boris saves the day' route out of lockdown on 21st June

Nobody should return their tests to Innova! They are so unscrupulous that they'd probably just re-sell them.
It's buggered up our chances of using our Innova stockpile in lieu of foreign aid though.

You can bet your bottom dollar that all the MPs that we have written to today about Avacta will be looking to buy in before they do anything to pressurise BJ, Han**** etc

@Metatron - after following the twists and turns here for a year, I am starting to believe all the conspiracy theories. Very unhappy that my three daughters are now being targeted for a vaccine they don’t need.

Our dumbed down media are probably too busy fussing about what Carrie B and Mrs Biden are wearing. Just wait til that sassy dresser Angela Merkel arrives to put them in the shade!

Innova’s brief history raises other equally worrying questions. First, how did Huang of Pasaca Capital know in ‘early 2020’ that the world was going to need hundreds of millions of rapid Covid-19 testing devices when in early March there were only 35 reported cases in the UK and 89 cases in the US? When mass testing for a virus had never been conducted before?

How was his Chinese ‘manufacturing partner’ Xiamen Biotime able so quickly to provide a solution to the problem? Did they have some information that gave them a significant head start in forming a company with an ‘unparalleled capacity to supply’?

What absolute fakery! Look at the factory footage about 38 seconds in. Who would have thought that a Chinese factory would have been so full of white Caucasian staff?

If the EU think that they can steal a march on the U.K. by ordering all supplies of this test ahead of U.K. Gov, they will surely do so. The alternative is that U.K. Gov gets it first, lots of stomping feet and threats to come and steal Avacta’s IP.
