Yeah it’s an absolutely huge deposit over in Havieron. Just the initial MRE is around 4moz. 1/5 or 1/4 of their initial MRE and its take off time. The luxury here is that we have the safety net of not just 1 golden project, but 2
Judging from Orosur, Greatland and a couple of others I’ve seen this year, the JV partner always ends up with a chunkier percentage. Best case we retain 40%.
If we had a combined resource of 1 million ounces our share at
40%: £556,400,000
86p per share
35% £486,850,000
75p per share
30% £417,300,000
65p per share
25% £347,750,000
54p per share
But even then this isn’t taking into account AISC and associated financial costs of getting the gold out of the ground.
1 million is just a pie in the sky number. I’ve heared a number of interviews with different journalists and geologists stating we could potentially be sat on multi million ounces of mineralisation. For all we know, the combined amount could be far less than a million.
I’m sure Craig Brown is currently striking up the best deal possible for ECR and its shareholders regarding Creswick. He’s obviously not one to roll over and take the first low ball offer as we’ve seen with Bailleston.
We’re entering a news rich period now and it’s a journey we have to support every step of the way. Get that drill bit turning non stop and let’s bring that potential to life in 2021 :)
