Closure of CLN and ATM funding.

"The initial term of the ATM Facility shall be 12 months. The Company is under no obligation to allot and issue ATM Shares during the term, and any use of the ATM Facility will be at the discretion of the board of directors of the Company, in staged and controlled ATM Tranches, with the objective of minimising shareholder dilution."

I think there’ll be news before the 8th July AGM (maybe in tandem with the interims?) which will generate more buying and move the SP north of 1.5. I believe the “market” has the same view, based on MMs behaviour currently. A TR1 confirming major shareholder increase wouldn’t hurt either.

They still seem happy to take decent chunks off anyone looking to sell but quiet trading after a few chunky buys this morning. Lid on it still but 6% up every day will do us!

I think the Company will eventually make a statement on the legal issue to try to close it off but I can’t see them proceeding owing to the costs usually involved.

The MMs might try that Tricky but it doesn’t quite work like that. Company isn’t doubling the issued share count just seeking authority to issue up to that amount (incrementally one hopes) in the future. Previous RNSs suggested this would happen.

That’s my take. Correct me if I’m wrong.
