Iparsnip is correct. My optimism was misplaced. Absolutely gutted.

Disgusting that the Company and it’s Directors have not issued an RNS about their intentions here. There is information in the public domain that strongly suggests the Company will not be returning to the market.

They have applied for compulsory strike off. 2nd June 2026.

Taking our money and running. Another AIM scam for the record books, allegedly.

It happened to me once too. It was very painful and praying it doesn't happen again here.

Anyone contacted the NOMAD and had a response. I suspect not!

The Company owes us an update on all those issues.

Rules on suspended Companies include periodic updates on progress. We’ve had nothing so far.

Continuous Disclosure and Inside Information (UK MAR) Suspension does not halt transparency requirements.

The company must strictly adhere to the UK Market Abuse Regulation (UK MAR).

Immediate Updates: If the company discovers material information—such as a sudden cash shortfall, the loss of a major contract, or a dispute with its auditors—it must disclose it to the market immediately via a Regulatory Information Service (RIS) announcement.

Progress Reports: The stock exchange and Nomad will usually require the company to issue periodic update announcements detailing why the accounts are delayed and providing realistic target dates for completion.

Doesn't sound dead -

RNS 30 March 2026:

"At approximately six months into the current financial year, the Company has contracted revenue for the current full financial year of almost £0.7 million and has over 200 paying users, evidencing real customer traction."

"While a delay to complete technical analysis on acquired businesses for accounting consolidation purposes is frustrating, the growing revenue pipeline demonstrates that the diversified business model is delivering results and we look forward to publishing our Accounts in the coming weeks and to providing further business updates as we progress through the current financial year." - Marcus Yeoman, Non Executive Chairman.

That’s possible, Earthman. And wouldn’t that be nice.

The problem is all we have is a vacuum. I’m not just talking about RNS releases, I’m talking about social media, LinkedIn, Company communication channels etc. Nothing.

Has anyone seen or heard anything from or of the Company since March?

Personally I’m more optimistic than you but I do think there’s more to this suspension than mere audit technicalities as reported on 30th March. It’s the complete lack of communication on any channel combined with the previous resignations/terminations, opaque reporting of cash availability and the continuing prim issue that give me the wobbles…,

Danger of being de-listed or taken private?

Like a lot of posters over the last few months

Nearly 7 weeks since the TEMPORARY suspension was announced. Auditors must be doing a very thorough job. Hopefully they've completed it and the Company is now penning a POSITIVE announcement for release this week..... and we're back trading over 2p in a flash.

Respect your view and love the positivity countering my more pessimistic view. I hope you’re right and some transformative announcements are ahead of us. Certainly will need huge winds of change if we’re to get anywhere near 10p. Certainly not in next 12 months but maybe medium term - Good team now in place and good products. Traction being gained.

Revenues are growing but cash runway is significant consideration imo. Hoping for 2.5-3p by August. Anywhere near 5p by year end would be fantastic.

June fast approaching. Nearly 12 months since that rocket to over 9p and the subsequent collapse…

Can anyone see us at 9p again…? Sure there are potential catalysts to turn us around if the Company can pull them off. But 9p seems like a pipe dream.

And as for “13p” , well that’s simply ridiculous!

Let’s hope next week is the start of a quick rise back to 2.5p at least!

Date for AGM is obviously another matter that we will be expecting once suspension lifted.

Andy - do you really think that is realistic? On what grounds? Or are you just expressing frustration & fear? I appreciate the longer the wait, the more concerning it may get. An update is surely imminent now?

Currently the suspension RNS is all we can really go on and that was pretty upbeat in its wording. We have to believe/ assume that it was an open and honest statement by the Company and that business is thriving and positive developments will be announced in “the coming weeks “ - their words.
