I could be wrong but I think we will be seeing an RNS today before the call. Perhaps something on Texas awaits?

I'm disappointed with how the weekend is going to be here. I was hoping to hear about our assets and hopefully the first or second well into production.

Then it will get very exciting. At the moment we are stuck in limbo and have all this voting arguing for another week or two.

We need as much info as possible to help us vote and hopefully a new prospectus released that will explain what assets we have what assets we will have and what are the new opportunities in Canada and across America and definitely requiring information on the Wells that are going into production that will really exciting everyone

Right now we are in this horrible limbo period and rather just avoid any chat forum.

So the shares in issue have been disclosed okay and that isn't a lot of shares really in the in the shares market. If they can keep dilution down to as low as possible then this still has opportunity to do very well however I think the next thing that will determine this are the assets and operational news and for them to update us on Texas and how things are going over there I e the impairment reversal or the oil Wells into production this is what's going to really push PPP onwards and upwards for now we are in a bit limbo and I guess we are just waiting for the board to update the market on where they are now.

Surely production isn't far away? Any thoughts on this?

So I've had a chance to digest the RNS and there's a mix of positives and negatives in there imo.

Putting it plain and simply, the RNS states that the Ukrainian license is there for the taking but instead of commiting fully now and heavily diluting SH's, it's better suited for a smaller stake and less dilution.

The next thing I picked up on is a 2.2p CLN now that's a bit out of thin air that number. I think it's a targeted blow to Jesse, don't ask me why but I do. There is no reason for a 2.2p CLN. Anyways the average price with raises from 2.2 to 12p is approx 6p now.

Next thing I picked up on was the previous said unpaid royalties are actually already settled and we are finding out how many more have been sorted we don't pay twice, that's a good thing I guess.

Another thing - No return to trading yet, due to things still being sorted out so to speak.

One positive I believe from the RNS would be there are multiple opportunities being looked at?

Still waiting to hear about Texas, assume Mavriky is there looking at the wells and still to update the market on this. Let's hope this comes next plus reversal of impairments, guess that's why he is there.

I think everyone knows that Texas will be worth a lot of money otherwise why would have PQ got rid of $5m of debt for 49% of the business? There must be some value there for all of these to want to take a piece of the pie that is PPP.

I just want to see a prospectus and want to see exactly what their plans are. It's no good showing us after the AGM because nobody knows what we are voting on that's the issue.

Hopefully we get some more news soon so it's clear as day where the company are heading and what it is that we have and will be worth etc.

I haven't voted yet I'm still waiting so I can see and decide for myself what the outlook looks like for us and hoping we get a lot of operational news, prospectus etc

No i dont think 2p is any good. They can raise funds the higher it goes, not all funds are required right now.

That way it's still low (in theory) and the company SP and MCAP could still grow massively from there. Particularly on a main market listing

They just need to look after all shareholders not just new ones.

250/300 max for me.

Id like to think some exceptionally good operational news will be loved by the market and SH's but we need dilution to be kept to a minimum imo.

We could do well here but depends how the bod play it from here.
