I know whatever persuaded jesse to invest in ppp at 12p (33%) above the suspended price would have been fantastic......

Jesse was obviously very happy with what he saw, that is not a doubt in my mind.

It's probably the same reason why Lunn, RMD, the grand chief, the others all fought for ppp and wanted a piece of the pie.

I think what Jesse was interested in was we are going to find out sooner or later. Lots of Wells, lots of oil and gas, plenty of money to be made.

Like I said 33% premium to the suspended price. That takes HUGE CONFIDENCE. Jesse is a top guy and I'm happy for him. Whatever Jesse knows, I'm more than happy to wait for. I think it's something big, very big imo. 3 figure map big!

Hmmm yeah we do but we need more good news and positive news as well for max impact on return.

Return should not be long now imo but we need to see what excellent news comes out and this could gap up massively on return to trading.

Remember the new deal is a lot larger profits than with GV deal and we hit 12.58p

Probably more Texas lease news coming and perhaps starting operational duties at the wells would be insanely good. It's what ppl was all about in 2024

The significance of Jesse Shares returned to him is very high.

This is a tick of governance and also it's very positive that the bod have acknowledged this and rectified it.

It's also highly important that the market now have proof and can see that a 12p raise was indeed placed at a 30% premium to the suspension price! That's 12p minimum for our return price and imo the market haven't even priced in any assets on that yet or operational things plus that was on just 10% royalties with gv deal whereas here we are looking at 51% of all profits!!! No limits. For the foreseeable!

We have to be talking at least 20p return here guys surely.

Yes V111jas i think now Jesse has his shares, it proves that the 12p raise indeed went ahead so minimal starting price IMO on return will be 12p but with all the operational activities going on plus adding more assets you would like to think 20p plus is nailed on here.

New RNS available. Jesse White is now the owner of 6m shares. So the 12p raise was all official. 12p minimal return price IMO plus factor in any assets and operational news. I wouldnt be surprised if this opens at 20p plus.

More operational news this week, more impaired assets reversed. Bring on as many assets as possible. Oil at $114 per barrell, thank you we will be having some of that!

I would love to hear more news on assets in the USA, bring on Texas, bring on the oil and gas! There is MUCH more to Texas than we have heard so far. Let's get these Texas assets impairment reversed AND let's get more wells under our belt!

In fact let's hear more about the Alberta and Louisiana assets & Ukraine and wherever else. We need a big return to trading and they are gearing it up imo for maximum volume, maximum gains. I'm hoping they do a raise when the share price rises up and attract new ii's. Things are certainly moving in the right direction, so bod if you are reading this - don't do silly cheap price raises, let's get this mcap up first and stage out raises (when necessary) and we will see a big surge in mcap and SP / returns for shareholders.

As I keep mentioning, not many 10m mcap companies have a billionaire private backer.

We hit 12.58p with 10% royalties from the GV deal. This is 51% profits from future operational activities. That is a huge deal and the markets need to price that accordingly. Overall it's far more profitable in the long term. IMO of course.

ASI I understand that that but I here are millions to be made hence why these guys have worked tirelessly to get ppp back. Also if PQ wrote a $5m debt off for 49% you know there's many more millions coming out way JV way I mean. They know things that is not known to many and how much assets are worth but we are starting to see the good stuff now. Bring on more and more oil and gas wells and if you can make a lithium deal mavriky and co then even better

Thanks NU. Yes I have researched Louisiana but not in depth. That sounds great and I'll welcome the news should they make it happen. The big land across the gulf and into Texas is dripping with oil. This is where the grand chief comes in, passing obstacles, gaining licenses for land and operational purposes.

Bring on as many wells as we can. $107 a barrell today and with just two or three wells producing a decent amount is millions upon millions of profit per year. We could link them and be pumping so much oil from each piece of land we have a license on.

Bring on the drilling. Look forward to more operational updates and impairment of assets reversed hopefully.

I'll also tell you something else, I think there's more to Texas than you can ever believe. I hope we get some more great news soon. The way this is going it could gap up quite substantially and most definitely spike.

I think if we were hitting 12.58p pre suspension on news of at 10% royalty in GV then if we are now debt free and we are backed by billionaire and we have assets coming on board in multiple locations across all your bearings lands then I think with 51% profits PPP will make a lot of money in the mid to long term definitely
