As I said, debt free, 51% profits, multiple assets coming, USA Canadian oil and gas, billionaire backed, small mcap joining a main market, will do well on return. Confidence amongst market will be good and I'm sure iis will jump aboard.

I just look at it this way after reading the RNS the deal is unquestionably better for shareholders in the mid to long term. 51% of all profits, period.

We would have only got 10% of profits from GB which was still good but just 10% so on the balance you have to say the deal is pretty good imo. Yes we are giving petroquest 49% but at the end of the day we are also debt free.

If we hit 12.58p before suspension with 10% royalties and $5m debt! What can we hit now!? The market should love this, 10m mcap company joining a MAIN MARKET WITH BIG RICH INVESTORS, BILLIONAIRE BACKED AND NOW RETAIN 51% OF PROFITS FROM THE JV. With many more assets to be added.

I understand I might get backlash but I've not said a bad word about anyone or the Telegram group. They are good guys, I'm disappointed I'm not in the group for some reason I don't know.

But right now the deal is a good one and I would say we would gap up big time from here. IMO

Massive wealth for all USA oil & gas companies. The USA are looking to go completely independent 😱 for oil & gas! The ppp story couldn't get better. Exxon one of the companies mentioned and they were the company buying up land near the ppp acreage before.

Looks like the oil and gas and the land will be massively up for grabs.

Watching Donald Trump live speaking about energy independence. It looks as though massive investment in US oil & gas companies and within Venezuela. Excellent time to be an oil and gas play based in USA (such as PPP).

I don't know if I'm being too positive but If you think we had the debt and 10% of royalties with the jv deal and we still had superb volumes and hit 12.58p ! Well now in theory we are debt free, still getting Texas PLUS MORE ASSETS PLUS 51% of profits as part of the new joint venture. The way this is heading is for a big gap up imo and they could be doing raises well into the 20ps !

We could blast past 30p imo particularly with Texas impaired assets reversed and more to come! GL all

Plus we mustn't forget that we are joining the main market with a lot of big time investors on there and how many 10 million m-cap companies can say that they have the grand chief backing them who is a billionaire and he will have contacts in business contacts in the land probably contacts at the railroad commission so that side of it is definitely positive for ppp plus 51% of profits going forward so if they do make a lot of profit then PPP will prosper. All going well. 👍🏼🙏🏼📈

There will be split profits yes but the rns states there will be 51% profit in ppp favour so mid to long term the company will be quids in big time.

That certainly works out more favourably than 10% royalty in global vision. The 2036 acres was not just pinned to GV, you will see shortly that those assets were linked to ppp and not GV. If we have Texas completely reversed and not impaired we will be looking at 2000+ acre of oil and gas drillable land.

There is more to Texas than has been announced. One well now, the start OF MANY. Plus other USA assets and Canada and Ukraine and Poland. PPP are primed for a massive return here and potential growth 📈 in the future. IMO

At $107 per barrell of oil at the moment and on USA soil ppp would look very favourable to invest in imo.

I believe Texas impaired will be reversed and if that's your case then we are talking hundreds of barrels of oil a day WITHOUT NEW OIL WELLS STILL NOT YET KNOWN TO MOST.

Once that was repaid we are cruising at 51% profits - that is big. You need to think longer term it sets up ppp for a big profitable future imo.

Well the group has disappeared for me. I've always respected the admin and the guys who worked tirelessly for shareholders. Maybe it's because I'm positive about the RNS last night I'm not sure?

At the end of the day it's not a bad deal and we would as the new company retain 51% of profits. Now that isn't a bad deal (yes I understand we have given 49% of asset) but we are debt free now and about to start a new oil and gas company journey. There must be far bigger profits to be made here than £5m trust me. Big things await particularly in the USA.

But yeah if I've been kicked out that is a shame I don't know why I would have been. Never spoke a bad word about anyone on the group.

Let's put it in simple terms for any doubters if PPP made 100 million dollars they would get 51% (£51m) of that whereas with the global vision deal they would have only got 10 million dollars from that.

We read the RNS Delta thank you. Excellent news considering where we were. Whether you admit it or not this has the potential to be a real company maker. At the end of the day debr free small mcap company joining the main market in a very volatile time because of the middle East and we are based on USA soil and will have more than one asset Mark my words in Texas the USA Canada Ukraine and Poland

In my opinion this is huge for PPP shareholders
