When are we coming back? I'm so fed up of waiting now tbh. Give us some good news please , just get our operational assets going and flowing asap. We do need news soon though as it's getting so frustrating waiting and waiting

The next chapter in PPP is upon us. I think we should hear from the company soon in regards to the reversal of Texas assets.

I think we should also get more updates on the assets within the USA and Canada too, that shouldn't be far away now. There's nothing stopping this resuming trading now either imo.

I'm glad the AGM is over, now they can concentrate on operations and actually getting back to trading again.

I don't think we were over priced or over valued.

They valued us because the GV deal was liked. Then the small number of shares in issue soon got snapped up which pushes the price up too.

At circa 200m shares now with a new JV (50%) profits etc then you'd like to think that will be liked too particularly with the chief on board? Market should like this.

Also if legacy issues are sorted and we ARE A PRODUCING OIL AND GAS COMPANY IN THIS CLIMATE ON USA SOIL THEN WE WILL DO WELL.

Cost of oil now is a lot more expensive than in July 2024 so will be valued much higher too.

I guess at the moment it's all about what the company bring to the table and assets into production etc.

This could be worth $50-100m if it's as good as I believe it to be.... Maybe more. PR and good marketing will help too.

But yeah I don't mind dilution so long as it's fair and done when the SP goes up and has a chance at growth.

Zag, yeah I was happy for JW to get his shares. He also got the ones for the the 12p raise (33% above suspension price for any MMs on here) don't forget it!!

Also I am happy for the shares to be paid back but I feel a gradual pay back would be better not all at once. That's just my opinion. Like let the company get back on Its feet before paying back.

No point in discussing here as there's nothing more to discuss. It's quite simple now;

1) We need operational updates. They need to have lots of these for constant growth and pushing forward.

2) As many assets brought on as possible, producing oil and gas from plenty of wells.

3) Resume trading in the strongest possible position.

I don't particularly want any dilution zag if I'm honest.

Staggering it is the best option I'd say. I'm just going to sit and watch everything now there's no point arguing about it all.

Tbh I have been quite fair. I have been appreciative about some things.

I hope they continue in good faith now and yeah I guess its over to them now.

Unfortunately now we are in the hands of the gods and all we can hope is that everything is done in best interests.

I'm not sure what that looks like but I hope the next chapter for ppp shareholders is a good one. Not sure what else there is to say about it now tbh.

I'm not happy about dilution but hopefully we can counter it with good assets and making money from them and boost in SP and mcap.

What does tonights AGM results mean for us now then?

I think they will RNS the results at around an hour or so after the meeting. They will know the results anyway.

What is important is that these guys get PPP back to drilling for oil and gas, selling the oil and gas and non stop expanding.

I think the market will like the 50% profits and the new jv deal particularly if they have at least one or two producing wells and income stream coming in. There potentially is a lot more to Texas and USA than we already know

They sure know how good it is and can be! Why would everyone inc Lunn be fighting for a piece of the pie if it was worthless.

I think we will be looking at 30 odd wells if it's allowed go and grow without hinderence. Maybe more.

All depending on the JV and the acreage within that. Plus the grand chief will have a lot of sway with landowners.

One day we will be given the news and of production and return to trading and hopefully it's not long now.

The one place that is also peaking my interest is Canada. There's a lot of oil up there so let's hope they make it happen for us.

I'm fully grasped on reality. Hence I knew about Texas. There should be a lot more to come. What we hope is that the board to not dilute us and hopefully make the company grow and attract new investors.
