I can wait for a red dot all I like but the proper red dot (s) that we wish contained the very good operational news that we all want never comes.

The only red dots we get are new appointments, dates of investor calls or AGM or ad-hoc things.

Where's the juicy stuff, the good stuff. That's what we want now.

i don't gamble. i invest. now when i invested here there was no ******* talk of a suspension or all this junk that's gone on since suspension. what on earth have we deserved to be brought into this?! honestly.

i am not sitting on the fence or neither on one side of the other. where i stand is, i want the bod to show their cards. why they want ppp, why did pq get rid of the debt for 50% of texas? third thing, let's see these texas assets be reversed

Leddah say what you want. 👍🏼 I'm not fussed. No fence. I just want my hard earned money back. I was robbed of it really. Nobody deserved this or knew it would happen. We all invested in good faith. The courts should return all monies to everyone at the price they purchased at and reverse all purchases through their brokers. Really really unfair what's going on. This is peoples lives. Not many of us are millionaires, we are working class or middle class trying to better our families and we are literally being tortured. That's what it feels like ATM, only the bod can turn this around now.

I know that this will be a success if they let it come back to trade but as an oil and gas production and operating company. This could be so good but they need to act asap. In my opinion that's what I believe. I'm not saying it will come back really low but will hope they come back with substantial news.

Why did they need to do a CLN at 2.2p the exact same price as Jesse !

Personally I'm desperately hoping that they will come back with something very substantial. I guess a lot of investors here will want that as well.

The only ones that are desperate for this to come back at any cost are the ones that bought in at 1/2p mainly. Any poor soul above this price is being ruined.

There is no point in selling at a castrophic loss. May as well keep it in and hope that the company will suprise a good few with assets and production and the SP recovers well. Hopefully they get everything fixed and producing and making money before we resume trading.

Next week anyone? Operational update next week?

Terrance I really hope the company can stabilise everything so it doesn't just drop. Who knows with the right news it should go up as well.

Give the SP a chance to grow at least. I'm not saying dilution can't happen before, it can but at sensible prices.

I have always said dilution is fine when we are trading again and we have operational assets producing as the share price would be higher and we could raise at higher prices too. This is just crippling and absolutely demoralising

I hate the 2.2p CLN. It was totally unexpected and unnecessary and was out of spite.

It's painful. I can see my investment being tortured through more time lost, negativity, court cases etc.

It was a fantastic deal before (from what I know it was real) but now we need this new deal to come to fruition and come back extremely well.

Oh and yesterday a couple of posters mentioned me being hopeful and/or optimistic.

I'm half and half. My confidence is dwlindling with all these hurdles and court cases and constant negativity but I'm still believing this can do well through the research I put in originally. If it's allowed to do well and return then it will IMO.

Dilution will be an issue for us but if assets and production are excellent then it should offset any dilution (in theory?)

Anyway here is the Start of another long day here reading arguments no doubt.

I understand where JW was coming from and he needed court to gain access to his shares. But going forward I think constant court is just crippling.

We need to move forward from here IMO and start concentrating on getting back to trading but above all else we need very good operational updates. Get producing again. Oil and Gas (USA based and Canada) would be absolutely superb for us right now!

I also don't want any more court cases. Its not good to carry this on imo
