At the end of the day they have form on this, coming out of suspension first week of November has happened before to ppp and it's next week is the last week of October so fully expecting lots of news the last week of Oct. Relist 1st week of November imo. The silence is hurting PPP but actually it's not in a way, the SP is frozen so it won't affect much however yes investors might get a bit mad at them..... But here's the thing.... The investors who are frustrated or angry will pretty much forget the suspension if PPP release some fantastic news! This is what we are waiting for now, they have done everything that points to a big shift of being a professional company except for the silence. Prime listing new market, new website coming, new director (very experienced), low no of shares , fantastic royalty deal with a huge lithium and gas JV (and oil), hiring westend LLP as new accountants and secretary too. The silence is a smoke and mirror whilst they sorting something in the background. Remember PPP should have incoming revenues soon/now too. We're nearly there. One more week of waiting imo.

Maybe Tall Paul regarding the placing, but I don't necessarily expect another one right away because we should have revenues covering expenses. I don't think an immediate raise is necessary.

Yes if interest rates come down then house building will start again, people will start spending on their houses once again.

Good Morning All ! Firstly Bobrad i have had to report your post for false and misleading information! You cant say its gone, face it! Its in suspension, they have just hired a director, we have signed a 30 years royalty deal (12.5% on current wells and 10% on any future new wells) plus 50% JV which enables us to have 250, 000 acres of land which crosses over the smackover ( this is a massive fault which contains tons and tons and tons of lithium and gas), we know they did a raise but it was small nonetheless. The CEO have something like 8 million shares between them! This is coming back. YES its been delayed and accounts not published yet but they are using any tactic and loophole to give themselves as much time as possible to what i think is drill new wells, do lithium well testing also with gas wells, plus workovers on existing wells, i believe we will have some revenues by now too so they are going to come back to market with some big RNS's!

This has been a tough wait but we are so close now, if anyone is doubting themselves remember this, if we have five oil wells at 1000BOPD then that is a rough 100m mcap, if we only flowed 500BOPD that's approx 50m mcap, even just 250bopd is 25m mcap (all this is there or there abouts but not miles off) THIS WITHOUT ANY LITHIUM AND GAS PRICED IN AND NOT EVEN HAVING A RE RATE FOR THE DEAL THAT WAS COMPLETED ON 31/7/24 ! So what i am trying to say is, THINK!!!!...... Do you really want to sell cheaply, the moment they are back it will be NT to buy and sell, you would be mad to sell right away, you have an opportunity here with ppp to make some fantastic money but it will happen in 2 or 3 "tick ups" initially IMO

IMO - 20-30p re rate, then 25-45p, then i think (if we get the news we have been waiting for) i except us to hit 60p plus.....then it will be a similar chart to what that chartist said a few months ago resistance at 60 ish then onwards to 100p as not much resistance then. It literally depends on news they bring out, either way 10m mcap where we are now is at least three times lower than where it will and should be come opening on relisting.

I have researched this share and all i need now is confirmation from the BOD in charge and away we go. Goodluck all, we are close! Just keep your heads up a bit longer.

Good evening guys! I've been away with the family so not had much time to check on here the last two days.

We are getting closer now folks. As I said last week, the guys who missed the boat will be trying everything this week to cause some discord but all we need now is ONE GOOD POSITIVE RNS and accounts published and that's enough to change sentiment. Yes it's been a long wait but I think it will be worth every minute of it.

Fully expecting some Work over results, and update on gas and lithium, maybe some revenues already.

IMO there's good news coming, I'm absolutely expecting a very nice re rate for the SP here. I'm still sticking with what I always have and that's 30-50m Mcap. Based on what I'm hoping the wells are flowing and potentially not factoring in gas or lithium with the mcap.

This has very big potential and I think we aren't more than one week away to coming out of suspension imo. Maybe ten -14 days max imo.

Let's hope this is life changing for us all, the very least very good and profitable for us.

We are getting very close to coming out of suspension imo. I think this will come good for us all, yes it's a test of nerve and also it's a frustrating time for most, I'm still very calm however I understand the frustrations from people. Fear not I say, the deal was done, the new director, the ii on board, the new prime listing, the new website, it's not long now guys, this, with any good news will absolutely fly. I can't wait personally ! But keep your confidence up and just keep the faith. Our time is coming, this will be back very very soon! Next week we should hear something imo and ready for the first week of November coming out of suspension imo. Other than that I don't have much else to say except I'm very confident still, for me theres a lot to be positive about so far and I'm not actually worried at all however an update would be nice! Let's see what next week brings.

Decent RNS yesterday ! Comms is good. Still undervalued here and I'm expecting the SP to start moving up wards this quarter. Even based on gold prices alone. Don't let BSR and NAL worry you into selling your shares! They haven't got a clue. They always compare us with Sirius.... Embarrassing....we are nothing alike!

So guys as we get closer I can see and feel the anticipation growing. A lot of people want an RNS tomorrow.... But prepare yourselves it might not come tomorrow. It might only be towards the end of Oct. All RNS on one go (maybe a few) ready to come out of suspension 1st coupon days in November. Just prepare yourselves.

Some of you are besides yourselves. Relax. Yes it's not nice being in suspension but how did EUA feel when they were suspended as well 3.5p and came out at 20p ISH then I to nearly 50p! We also signed a fantastic royalty deal and the prospects are insane. Remember why you invested in PPP.... Yes to make money but surely you invest In an investible company that could offer you a good reward to your holding.

All I'll say is keep the faith. No need for me to list the positives again I'm sure all true investors know by now the potential here.

Remember 30-50m MCAP bare minimum re rate. The rest should bolster the MCAP and SP such as revenues and additional wells and the lithium and gas.

Oh Kong stop it. It's utterly pathetic and what your saying is false and misleading information ! There is no negative RNS, the deal is a done deal. End of story. We are coming back and we will re rate to the fair MCAP 30-50m before pushing on depending on on news.

There are some good posts, i sense a few are frustrated but ultimately very confident in the company and others are here (not even invested) just to spread FUD and wanting to get in cheaper.

Nothing negative has come out, no news that would make me sell up here, this will be THE LAST YEAR THE COMPANY DONT FILE ACCOUNTS ON TIME! Westend LLP are now company secretary & accountants! Why do people keep going on about accounts? Dont worry about accounts guys, the news to come will outweigh this uncertain / quiet period.

Ultimately they will be back.GV have bought the companies shares and going into JV, the JV is worth too much to both companies for it to just not happen! I have a feeling we will get an update on operations and accounts before month end and fresh start in November and back listed again.

They will want to make this a success, i can only assume they are working diligently behind the scenes for us all and as per Tom's message, good reason he was in Texas so long and he looks forward updating us shareholders!

I know nothing has come out yet but i think there will be a deal done for us to supply lithium and gas to a major in the area of Texas. Too much going on there for PPP / GV not to get noticed.

I do think though there will be something like EUA style rise where comes back around 25p rise to 35p ISH then a drop to low to mid 20s then big rise to above 50p and beyond as investors take their positions, I really do.

5 wells at 1000bopd is roughly £100m MCAP approx based On current prices. So even at half the amount is 50m MCAP! Imagine if they have added a new well or two ! Will be more! Then add on the lithium and gas and revenues... This is why there's been a lot of talk from a lot of people of 100m MCAP and it is not beyond the realms of possibilities that it happens. Especially that we have just 100m shares in issue (this is not much at all) and case push the SP up to some big numbers.

Other than the rise being on the prime market being the newbies a lot of eyes will be on us. Some pi's will be wanting to get in sooner rather than later upon our return.

It's literally days away now imo. Remember why you invested here.... Do not give your shares up easily. I assume whilst the MMs prepare for the day and weeks ahead they'll be NT to buy and sell. This is a very big opportunity for Tom, DL, all PPP investors and funds. I doubt Tom and co will want to mess this up and they know they will be doing as much as they can for themselves and all of us for max impact.

So just to add to my 16:35 post....

We must not forget the lithium and gas because right now its extremely hard to price that in. I will need to work it out but can only do that when they how much they project (esgy data) gas is in the ground and how much lithium is under the 250,000 acres. They probably already have this figure but want to do more well tests before releasing this. GV know roughly and so does PPP. Hence the quiet and no news period imo. They are accumulating info and the facts NOW before RELEASING THE NEWS - They will align this with coming out of suspension IMO and new website will be launched just before coming back.

I'm thinking potentially Millions CUBIC FEET OF GAS IN SITU & LITHIUM BRINE EXTRACTABLE . Have a look at live prices ..... its worth a hell of a lot of money to GV in turn to PPP as well. Hence why we will be back, its too much money to lose for it not to come back.
