Gregorio i am not stressed at all lol. Not once have i asked for an update or worrying/wittling. I am fed up hearing nonsense from you and unfair deramping when its unjustified. The only "negative" is we haven't had an update yet but even then its not really much more than an annoyance! It comes when it comes and i am very sure (with a lot of hours of research done) that this will come very good for all of us.

People have short memories but Tom got the deal done by month end as promised, a hell of a deal, 30 years of royalties, with a huge JV lithium gas deal as well as a massive 2038 acres for GV to drill oil from!

All in Texas, across heavily ladened land with lots of gas, oil and lithium, with majors (mentioned in our RNS's), debt free, and with one heck of a future. We have to drown out the de rampers because they have agendas.... The investors who took the leap before suspension - well done, you deserve all the rewards coming your way.

Even on the telegram group there are a few dodgy individuals.... Very wary....few people have eyes on them.

Maccado it doesn't need to have five wells flowing at 1000 bopd to be a success. This is my point. Look at the acres we have, Globalvision will be adding new wells immediately or at least very near future. 2025 is the year for major growth for them/us. They have identified 30 oil drill targets I believe and upto 300 gas/lithium wells with 28 of those being highly significant plays! We don't need 1000bopd because gv will add wells and we will reap the rewards when they do.

Let's not forget some of our wells were already in production before. GV would not have sanctioned a deal and gave up 30 years of royalties unless there was a lot of oil, gas and lithium that they were able to get out of the ground

So what about the lithium and gas and revenues..... Hence 30-50 m MCAP bare minimum I'm taking into account scared people selling off!

Maccado.... See you planted a seed of doubt there again. Let's get straight, the weaklings wil sell, for the MMs and others to buy the shares. It's upto you what you do but it will be up and down of course but if they release good news then yes you'll still have sells but the SP will anchor itself and be stronger as new investors pile in and push up the price. Remember with low shares in issue it's very different. We must not forget that.

If you can't see that PPP are worth at least 30-50m MCAP now then we will never see it. At least that figure!! SP should be re rated accordingly. Not saying that right away bud mid 20s definitely.

Sheltie I don't believe much damage is done with going into suspension because it won't be happening again. As of 1/8/24 they are a completely different company. Prospects, debt free, fantastic JVs, revenues, new website, new market, low shares, new Accountants, new royalty deal etc etc it won't happen again sheltie

Investace the difference with PPP and HE1 or GGP (slightly different in their scenario).... Is they especially HE1 are aim punt stocks with no future or no thirty revenue deal signed, 30 years!!! Debt free, with a fantastic potential and future

110m shares in issue!!! Not billions like the two above!!! Stop comparing because in reality you missed these points and failed to mention them, them alone are huge share catalysts. For someone like PPP with 110m shares in issue it's possible to be doing 30-70% rises per day quite easily. With 1billion plus shares it's A lot harder to shift that sp!

No aim stock! About to join the prime market too. PPP are heading for 30-60 m MCAP in short order mark my words then beyond.

MyIPA very true it was a video of the email trail and it looked spot on, it wasn't fake. I know it's been a long wait but I think the quiet is for good reason, there must be something larger at play here & am very excited to find out what.

They are keeping their cards close to their chest and I believe there is something big going on. We are exactly where majors are based and are buying up acres like crazy .. Im wondering whether a deal has been struck between us GV and a major for supply of gas and lithium and the deal is being discussed behind the scenes? Maybe

Yesterday the Telegram group shared some great info on the JV acres. Very interesting indeed. 250,000 acres is something! That doesn't include the other part of the deal either which has lots of acres to play with. Global should be rubbing their hands together with what is under there.

Yes Megan agreed that someone who took part in the placing the ii must know it's worth their money being stumped up they must be comfortable with what they know and what is happening.

Once we join the prime market I'm fully expecting there to be more ii's or at least a few TR1's with new large buyers.

Zag I'm on the telegram group as well and I have seen the emails, it looks genuine but I'm still slightly sceptical that it is Tom or Not. Whatever whoever it is it looks genuine hopefully he lets us know soon a form of operational update. I think lots must be going on in the background so there should be plenty of news when it does come...

Would they want to join the prime market with no prospects ? Of course they have prospects! Theyv got a fantastic future and the company are in new beginnings now.

30-50m MCAP on relist imo bare minimum and we will trade higher if the news released is very good.

This is excellent for companies like us and it kind of makes more sense now why Tesla are building the new lithium plant in Texas..... Must have been tipped off ....hence why companies are buying hell for leather within USA now .. see update below....this is good news for us as companies will look to get lithium and raw materials from homegrown soil rather than china!
