Aim Dogs - the RNS states he has other business ventures. This was merely a business partnership to assist PPP with third parties and there was a farm in agreement for ukog's horsehill but now that DL has gone and HH not going to happen then was no point in keeping him.

Me too, I don't think he could have bought but maybe DL? Is that possible? If not then I think someone with Global or an investor inside Texas IE someone that knows what's going on and what's there 😉

I've had a read of the RNS. To me it seems that Globalvision and Tom & Stephen Lunn know that DL is potentially damaging to their company look & going into the prime market they probably don't want the stigma of an aim company, on top of this DL is in quite a few companies in various different roles so this is probably a mutual thing for the good of PPP and GV.

GV probably have said to Tom we want to proceed but we probably don't think DL will be good for business. Stephen Lunn means business and he's cracking on with the accounts and audit and now stepped into DL's position. To me it's looking like PPP are doing everything to be a very professional comp and having the right personnel is key.

I see this as a very positive move from the company & I can already see things slowly falling into place.

Newuncle I never thought I'd say this but I hope they aren't back on Monday ... We need some good news first and Rig RNS and some lithium and gas news would be lovely. Would be massive for the SP and sentiment. Rather give them another few weeks to sort things out.

GV have been changing operatorships so I assume from millennium and Nobel contractors over to their own preferred. These things take time. Let's let them get it right rather than rush it. We need maximum confidence and impact on return.

MyIPA I agree that this has excellent potential. It was over £1 not long ago but yeah 30-40p should be easily achievable for our re rate coming back. Factoring In everything. We do need a good RNS or two that will change some sentiment amongst those who are more nervy.

Tom went over to Texas to do the handover from Nobel. He then confirmed on telegram that his trip was a great success and time there was for good reason 😄😉 something is up their sleeve imo

Delays. Yes it isn't ideal but there would always be delays in the real world. As long as they deliver then I don't care for the delay for another month or so, so be it.

Gwilliams I agree with most of your post bud but something to mention is we never had a re rate post deal and that's still worth something so for MM's to drop us for nothing and no real bad news is a very unfair thing to do imo. Don't get me wrong the placings weren't ideal.but they were measly amounts and our shares in issue is key

No disagree there Newuncle. Nowadays it's all about technology. The new tech can now stimulate upto ten times previous oil amounts. We need to stop being selective with what we put out.

IPA had it right, there's plenty of oil there and so many companies (big oil majors even) are going back to whistling straits and many more shale shallow rock oil areas and having fantastic success

SolGold have an amazing opportunity and if someone like Gina comes along I wouldn't accept anything under 60p pre production and if we are into production then **** them we will be worth billions or hundreds of pence per share. Firstly IPA is a well respected poster and very knowledgeable. I don't see why you are targeting him/her. They do a lot of research so it's very welcomed.

Another thing is I can see since the RNS we've been posting over 100 messages and a few Fud spreaders and Kong I'm going to be honest, you call me deluded? But why? I have never spread false information, look earlier I posted a YouTube video of what we will be using an oil drilling technique called fishboning and you've point blank ignored it as others seem too as well. Any research or good info is either ignored or stupid messaged to drown it out.

PPP are sat on a lot of acres and soon as that rig gets onsite they will be drilling non stop, GV will be drilling workovers followed by new wells. IPA is right 500 bopd from one of our wells, we have 4 to start! Fishboning can extract upto ten times as much ! Then factor in 30 years of royalties and gas and lithium.... 30-50m MCAP minimum buddy. If you don't believe it then your an absolute nutter

Kong just so you know it's 4 or 5 wells going to be drilled for workovers and it's 12.5% royalty on those.

Also there's no mention on the gas or lithium so that might be something happening now that's very profitable with 28 gas targets (high profile) initially as per our ESGY data and 300 well potential targets.

Assume lithium will be extractable through a lot of these wells via brine/water.

So there may well be more revenue than expected. Also everyone knows PPP journey is now so things take time, let's give them a chance they're only just pretty much beginning. 30 years of royalty on oil in 2036 acres let's not forget! Plenty of time to add new wells and GV drill for more.

We will find out soon enough what's been happening behind the scenes as per RNS and toms email. "We will update shareholders on our operations in Texas when we are able" "we are working hard to make PPP a success"

Q1 isn't far away and 2025 will be the year then company really grows via new wells, revenues and lithium gas JV.

I am a holder here from a few years ago.... unfortunately I'm down quite a lot but I hope this can recover one day. On paper we had some good assets, tbh I still don't understand why it's this low.

Dare I say it, a bit more peace here and good sentiment has returned to the board here after the RNS and Comms from the Bod. Long may it continue.

I guess we will hear when the rig is onsite? Unless they quietly get on with their work and then update us? I'm excited to hear the news from workovers and lithium and gas but it's never easy waiting!

OK lets keep this simple for any investors invested or thinking of investing........10m mcap IS WAAAAAAAYYYYY UNDERVALUED. Its as simple as that. No more to say about it.

Should PPP release positive news, post deal completion re rate and factoring in Gas and Lithium (which quite honestly has some crazy number potential given our acres of AMI) then this could be well North of 50m mcap. Another thing to point out, we are joining the prime market (main) so being newbies, with big prospects dont you think this will attract a lot of investors!? Of course it will...

Anyway, we await news now, not much else to discuss here.
