Delta that's right, so they may not be issued at all, so unless RNSd and issued I don't think it's that important. The thing is they've had over 18 months plus to issue these and they haven't so I doubt they will be right now at the start of a new JV deal, it will probably be a long while from now IMO

Right guys firstly it doesn't say anywhere that these shares will be issued on resumption! It's delta that wrote that! Secondly If they were going to raise these they would have done it 18 or so Months ago. It isn't necessary now imo not that GV have now bought nobel and have JV with PPP. They'll only dilute hemselves and also I think it says when practical to do so.... No where does it say 2024/2025 it could be in 2027 or when ppp have got lots more revenues in. Delta picked it up but is also spreading somewhat misleading information.

Also we need to keep things in perspective even 150m shares is F All. Come on. This is a bit of what it's and maybes with no guarantee at all that these will be issued now or resumption of trading FFS.

Hang on a minute guys , nowhere does it say these will be issues when ppp are back! It says when practicable to do so! That might not be u til lots of revenues are incoming. Let's stick to the facts and at the moment there is zero date on that.

Well done New Uncle and Casper you captured all the ticks, things are moving in the right direction, Tom is back on the group, everything is piecing together, it seems things have been happening behind the scenes, it also seems that Tom wants us to wait for the RNS's, he cant say much about it at the moment.... To me the part he said about fine tuning sounds like GV have changed their original drilling plan/target and perhaps trying a different area to get better extraction and getting the rigs moved. They are probably using the ESGY data to make these decisions. Its coming guys....It really is, even though its slightly later than anticipated.

We all know the huge potential here and i still think on relist expect around 18 - 25p per share, then add on more over some trading sessions as more operational news comes out which IMO will push this upto 50m mcap (or more) depending on deals, flows, lithium and gas finds.

I'm in total agreement with all of those posts, yes I believe DL leaving was a very positive forward thinking move by PPP to not damage the company reputation in any way, I also believe that with the deal completed and with some oil rig rns, workovers and perhaps good news on lithium & gas JVs then yeah definitely expecting 20/30p re rate then for the SP to work it's way up from there.

Definitely have a chance of hitting 50m MCAP imo.
