Offthemessage, theres no way that if PPP come back with what we believe to be company making news (tbf the deal would be for many companies as is) then SP will be far higher than what it is now! You dont sound very researched (no offence) your just picking a pie in the sky sp (more your hoping to get in price) but end of the day you might have to pay more than you hoped to get in here. Theres massive re rate upside here, even post deal we havent had the re rate yet so 6p would have to be something really dissapointing IMO. It is more likely to open (with good news) at least 20p-25p and will rise from there, did you know we only have 100m shares in issue! Not so much now but NCYT had 95m shares and they went from 8p to 1100p........so please remember this isn't a billion plus share here, theres huge massive upside potential & all we need and await is RNS confirmation. Its upto you what you believe it will do and thats fine but if want to put 6p open or 7p open then you have to accept that 20-25p open (will rise from there IMO) can happen as well given good news.

Great post AGAIN IPA. Your right, it's way undervalued at 10m MCAP, double or triple that for starters. We only await the RNS to confirm it up! Hopefully not long now. Hopefully we can all do well out of this. I've said time and time again though true value won't be seen until next year when new wells and the lithium and gas JV really take off. It states the board are going above and beyond to make PPP a success and part of that are the accounts and audit ,

With regards to operations I will update when able.

He explains DL has been fantastic and brought in some good third parties to help and they've been invaluable and run more efficiently without much overheads, he understands frustration and they are working hard to get PPP back and trading and operational news will follow asap. In as many words it's very reassuring.

Don't give up on PPP Tiger, your off your rocker if you do. PPP are going to do really well... Fundamentals haven't changed at all here folks. Delay is all.

Steve E60 I agree. Everyone would be better off letting the company come back with good news on the oil (workovers to start with) plus the gas and lithium (that may surprise us all) and this share will do so well. Someone on the telegram group wrote 20-40p if good news is released with us coming out of suspension and I think that's very fair IMO. So as Steve E60 says rather come back with something solid to underpin our SP and re rate will be into double figure easily.

Just in response to Zag firstly, I don't know about how long it would be until we relist. I think I got my 1 to 2 months purely was thinking it through and I want it to be more like 2-3 weeks but I'm preparing myself for the worst. I really hope we are back within a couple weeks ideally but we need to have operational news and ideally have the website up and accounts all sorted I just thought 1 month was realistic.

In response to sheltie, I never thought we would come out of suspension last week but I was hoping for first week of November.

Comms was out yesterday, now we just let the company get on with everything and get back to trading but I believe must have some good news RNS and drilling news to help the SP and the re rate will be great. Id ather them not rush this now and mess it up. I want it all professional and some workovers done. Workovers shouldn't take long, once the rig is onsite they can drill/test a well within 3 days. So a week or two for workovers is realistic. I think ultimately PPP wil come back with some good news and revenues hopefully will follow soon because then it's game on.

Well this is good news now things are moving forward....but one thing not mentioned is the lithium and gas and that's what Tom went out to do in Texas - sort that side out. So the oil might be slightly delayed but doesn't mean nothing has got started on the other fronts. This will all come out soon enough and we will get the new website once we relist, once we are back I think the new ppp will be a really professional outfit.

I have re-read the RNS today. I don't think it's that bad just a bit annoying that's all. The Comms from DL, Tom and the company via RNS, social media and an email shared on telegram group has shown they are being professional and they have now updated us all and they have sent out decent Comms.

So now it's just a waiting game. I feel the sentiment has improved a lot overnight. There's only a few negative nancies but overall people realise that this wasn't that bad of an RNS but the delay will annoy people including me to some degree. Either way I still think PPP are going to really deliver for their shareholders, I would prefer good operational news before relisting though. We need some good RNS to underpin our SP and let it re rate accordingly.

Maybe it's going to be another month or two but we will hear some operational updates soon enough and on accounts. GL all.

The 30-50m MCAP is based on wells flowing, revenues and I'm not sure the gas and lithium how that will be priced in but there are others that have worked out the figures. I believe five wells flowing at 1000bopd equates to approx 100m MCAP so 500 50m MCAP or 250bopd is 25m MCAP approx based on current oil price less expenses etc calculating 12.5% Oil Royalty. It's approximates but not far away. Then add on gas and lithium when that comes.... Then what? You are looking easily at 60/70m MCAP for PPP if things go ok and let's see what happens. I am not arguing all day, it's pointless.

Maccado I checked your posting history last night and not one message was A) research B) positive c) useful to a ppp investor to use as info towards their PPP investment.

Thank you Casper. I appreciate those words. I hope we have the last laugh but hopefully ppp just come back with something really positive, like others have said it's a slight delay, by no means does it change the fundamentals.

I stick by every word. What's ramping there? I'm staying the facts. As per RNS stated. Revenues will be within months, 28 high profile well targets, 250,000 acres lithium gas JV and 2036 oil JV land....all true as per RNS.

No ramping but your making me out to be something I'm not. I've got the upper hand because I'm a true investor. I have no agenda. I am no trader locked in or mm or shorter.
