The idea i have is based on 5 or 6 years down the line Hoping to have at least 30000 Bp shares by the time I’m 62 and hopefully will be about the £5 range and the dividend upped a little more so I can retire early. Here is hoping

Out of curiosity,did you sell all your BP .If you kept some what was your reasoning if you thought the gap would be closed .

And what is your theory for the price rise .

Where is our resident ramper today .It will not go down you said it was going up . See make up your own mind shares go down as well as up .

The rappers are more dangerous than the derampers .At least the derampers give u something for thought.And before I get the stupid deramper alert .I should know as I sat and listened to the rampers on the GKP board all them years ago saying it will go to over a tenner ,cost me a few pounds .I always swore never to invest in the stock market again but BP at £2 and I got Natwesr at £1.04 seemed too good not to .

People on here could also call you a ramper .You do not like other people’s options.And no I’m not a deramper .

Do your own thing never listen to anyone else .People only spout there own agenda .

It’s not doing much to help the share price now .The way it’s going be able to get them cheaper than the price.

do you work for jarvis ,did work with some boys that got tuped over when it went 6to4 good bunch of boys ,babcock cut the work force and sadly the boys that came over took the redundencies.with nr you never know with them as you know they are cutting it to the bones .

i work as a track rat for babcock rail ,while at work i heard that babcock are in talks with jarvis that came from a sm2 who said that it came from a higher source than him . the only reason that babcock is ending its partnership with switeslky is that they didnt get the phase four high output contracts that went to amey colas ,i was told that babcock are appealing the decision and also have 10 day to re enter a bid ,

you say in a previous post that yuo are new to the market if i could give you a tip it would be buy the naked trader book i found it useful explains a few thingx

dont think that babcock rail are in any better shape as i work for them they are looking at volintary redundencies which they have not received enough so compulsary redundencies are being looked at .network rail are screwing every company ,ps i am worried about my job

I bought these shares on the 1st of april which was the ex divvy date,am i entitled to a dividend thanks in advance for any replies
