A No Deal Brexit may happen by accident.

I don't think people grasp what it will mean.

The markets will collapse and major uk businesses will be wiped out.

I felt that we would have been in trouble if we'd gotten out of the car at any point, even with the denimed guy pushing the silent buggy, until with reached the junction and suddenly onto a street filled with colour, students and Georgian townhouses and noise.

There are someplaces where the walls between realities feels thin or frayed. On that journey, it felt like we had driven through another reality albeit one close to our own. Parts of Glasgow felt very wrong.

I will never forget cresting the brow of a hill and seeing the criss cross of roads but with no houses only neat piles of rubble in Glasgow. This was in 2007.

As we drove through, it started to feel like it was happening in slow motion, and then as if it was happening to someone else. It was genuinely shocking and surreal. There was nobody anywhere. Just greyness and dust.
