Beef consomme is very tasty. You can also make clear chicken consomme as well. Making the taste buds tingle gives you a boost!

If you can drink fluids, Day, now's the chance to start trying different drinks (not the hard stuff!). Everything from cordials to different teas. Japanese green tea is good and David Servan-Schreiber has some great advice on drink as well as food when you're ready.
