From what I have researched it appears that the Bordersley site will be little more than a concrete slab as the kit pretty much turns up Containerised on a 40ft trailer/'s.. The site being in town the main services, cabling and pipes will all be local to the perimeter.

Perhaps you could Tweet/ReTweet what you've got via Kibo? (or your Twitter if your so inclined) as you can't really ask anyone to post their e-mails etc.
