I think it is a real shame that companies like AP have been attracted to Primary Bid as a cheap way to raise money. It's probably a great way to bring dodgy AIM companies and gamblers together, but not for companies who should be respecting their shareholders. I used PB once and my broker first refused to accept the shares and then lost them deliberately. I know PB work with some brokers, I wonder if they pay those brokers to handle the paperwork, but not the others. People need to start voting at Agms for companies to raise offer shares to existing investors first.

John Lewis isn't part of Sheffield's Moor complex. It's out on a limb, across from the City Hall but not somewhere you would pass from the other shopping areas. In fact most of the shopping areas apart from The Moor have been cut off from bus services by Sheffield Councils "pedestrianisation" scheme, so are only populated by homeless and drug dealers. The Moor gets all the attention from council and even the police.

Must be terrible to see all these big buys going through. Must be a lot of rich fools in the world. REI up 3%. NRR up 6%.

I'm looking for a big top up here before the final results/dividend announcement. If you guys could talk it down to a fraction below 30p, I would be extremely grateful. Massive yield coming for next financial year at these prices.

Future dividend down to about 3.7 percent. Glad I saw that coming, Share price needs to be around one pound to make it a worthwhile dividend holding now.

We chucked your money down the toilet because we couldn't be ar@ed to check out who we we were lending money to. But we are please to give you 5p. After we have had it in our bank 4 weeks.

The one thing we can be sure of is that we have no idea what the intentions are for this company. Nice to be back in profit though and on a fantastic yield.

I made a small addition today following the announcement. Disappointed that the spread is still so large, I expected the 4 for 1 corporate action to rectify that, unfortunately not.

True, but who would have foreseen what was coming a year ago ? It was never a great dividend payer before property collapsed, but at least they are paying monthly again. Personally I will dump this and BMO Real Est once we get a bit more of a price increase.

I wonder how they will invest the cash they have coming in from the Tesco special dividend ?
