The period covered doesn't include the new Samuel loan, but it reveals just how critical that loan was to their survival. They are still appealing against the court ruling which demands a A$3m security deposit before they are able to challenge the Armour Energy liquidation. Part of the Samuel loan will cover this deposit and legal costs, which, after repayment of the Choice loan doesn't leave them with much headroom for further investments/opex. In other words, if we raise cash again DGR will be diluted further.

They remain very bullish about Solg, which is just as well as they have nothing else of value in the portfolio. They also appear to have sold the holding in Atlantic Lithium.

RK, the listing is directly referred to, but the question is when? Pbow is of the view it'll be a two-part process with the internal reorganization happening first, followed by a subsequent IPO. He's suggested several reasons why this may be the case, one of which is to allow the company time to do some exploration thus enabling a valuation more to our liking (provided it's positive). It's a good point.

However, the new management team are under pressure to provide some shareholder value and this may weigh in favour of a much earlier listing.

As ever with this company, questions always arise from their various announcements and shareholders are left scratching their heads.

Damers, the key thing is that currently the regionals have no value attached to them, a listing will change that.

So, we get value and liquidity.

I wonder why they talked about remaining a subsidiary? In fact, when asked about this Smith said there were 'complications' with the public route. They've obviously changed their mind...thankfully.
