RK, the listing is directly referred to, but the question is when? Pbow is of the view it'll be a two-part process with the internal reorganization happening first, followed by a subsequent IPO. He's suggested several reasons why this may be the case, one of which is to allow the company time to do some exploration thus enabling a valuation more to our liking (provided it's positive). It's a good point.
However, the new management team are under pressure to provide some shareholder value and this may weigh in favour of a much earlier listing.
As ever with this company, questions always arise from their various announcements and shareholders are left scratching their heads.
