CD, the company has made a rod for its own back. In one breath they state they are taking ENSA to production and in the next the CEO states we're open to offers.
Some people regard this as a smart ploy, but I believe this is confusing the market and explains why our sp is languishing.

They have seven months to deliver some genuine value-enhancing progress. DC needs to get proactive and to put some flesh on his "we're open to offers" comments.

buddy, five out of the seven non-execs are not based in Australia. In any event, NED remuneration is based upon referencing comparable positions in other companies and the current remuneration of existing NEDs. It has nothing to with what a plumber in Perth earns. Perhaps you've also forgotten that these are only part time roles.

buddy, what on earth does the average wage in Perth have to do with the remuneration of a non-exec of a London listed firm? And since I was merely quoting the facts as stated in the annual Report and Accounts you may wish to reconsider your post.

Indeed, Jerry, which explains why the company spends so much time doing road shows in the hope of diversifying the Register. Thus far we've got Norges (v.good), some Chinese fellas (hmm) and an outfit based just off the Kings Road - assuming they're still holding. What these presentations haven't achieved is a truly diverse share register. In fact, the share concentration for a company of this market cap is remarkably tight.

BM, the chairman was paid $100k in 2021, the other non-execs were around $60k. It would be outrageous if NM received more than the chairman, regardless of which committees he sits on.

Along with a company's broker, one of our task as advisor was to keep a close eye on the Share Register, which in those days was done by talking to the Registrars or the company itself. Never once did I hear it being referred to as a "Book". Of course, I bow to your superior knowledge and next time I meet some of my ex-colleagues I'll point out the error of our ways.

Monte, because that type of approach rarely achieves the best price. Ideally you always want an interested party to make the first offer.

Of course, the project funding will be conditional, but nevertheless it would be a very useful negotiating tactic.
