I’m assured that Capita is on the up. Good times are not too far off. Just need the market to recognise this. This is a good price to buy for anyone who’s not already invested.

Not sure if I can make it but I’ve voted and emailed them with my views. It would be interesting to find out that although we are set to achieve positive cash flow in the latter part of the year (whenever restructuring can be completed) but when will this be sustainable as this is something that future investors will want to know. Capita labs have identified 150 possible areas where we can make money from AI, it would be interesting to know when we can expect cash generation from this.

A cash call is highly unlikely as Pablo (CFO) advised we’ll be Cash flow positive anytime in the latter part of the year. I know the share price is hard to see now but I’m sure it will improve

I think investors know it’s heading in the right direction but are waiting for concrete good news eg an announcement to say ‘we are now cash flow positive’ which we can expect to get in the coming months or a takeover offer maybe? Just something solid. I think it will come but I know it’s hard right now. The only way we could lose out right now would be to sell at such a low price or if the company closed (which is highly unlikely). Therefore I think it’s a matter of time before we see an improvement.

They know it can’t stay this low forever.

If Savage has decided that Capita shares are a buy- join the club. Glad he’s seen sense. Capita shares won’t be this cheap forever. I’m sure a lot of people are waiting for the new ISA allowance next week

Savage and Aimmaster- I’m not sure what this game is supposed to prove and I’m not really bothered. All I can say is, in 6-12 months the percentage increase in Capita shares (taking into account any consolidation) will be higher than Vodafone. (Nothing against Vodafone, but Capita is the one with the higher growth potential).

No comment on the name but the contract win is definitely genuine. Hoping we see the last of sub 20p soon.

Update: new contract win to provide training to up to 10,000 Eon employees just announced. A matter of time 🚀✈️

You gov is currently almost 6.5% down too as most shares are. Capita is due to go up as you yourself agreed last week when you said it is going up to at least 15.50 soon (although I think it will go further). I think more people will buy from the new tax year.

It’s a bit of a boring cycle at the moment. But When it flies (not long to go) shorters will be burnt. It can’t stay this low for much longer

Thanks Savage. I would say it’s worth more than 27p but even that’s not too bad if you’re not a fan of the company (which I suspect you secretly are). Even at that price it’s almost double what it is now. Why would anyone not want to buy Capita shares if the true value (even before restructuring is complete) is almost double what it is now. Go Capita!

Interesting information @TheOldTrader. There is a possibility of being sold. Of course it may need some sort of approval due to the kind of govt work Capita does. But any prediction on where the share price is likely to go if the consolidation goes ahead? Is £4-6 achievable? Tough one isn’t it?

That’s a good point TheOldTrader. I was the only one insisting we’d definitely got the Gas Safe contract 😀. Hopefully more good news will come through soon.

Great future expected for Capita but just a bit of a boring phase at the moment.

I’m a firm Capita investor but (don’t hate me for this fellow investors), but as Savage says his predictions are right, it would be interesting to hear future predictions now that the turnaround is almost complete.

There’s a lot of excitement about what AI will be able to do (which Capita are hopefully ahead in). So exciting times ahead. Just wish the share price would respond accordingly. But all in good time..

Savage, surely you must agree that the worst is behind us now. We’re starting to win contracts again, cost saving is increasing and we’re going to be cash flow positive anytime in 6 months +. I’m sure if you’re a genuine investor you’ll be tempted to buy some shares now. 😀

I’m more than willing to hear suggestions from other investors. (That’s the purpose of these discussions). I was just expressing my concerns about share price movement after consolidation and the need to focus more on the balance sheet at this time.
