I'm with you on this - it all seems hocus pocus (as its panto season) to me but if someone can convince me otherwise - but like you if it can deliver the higher number then I'm sure it would convert all of the non-believers?

The query over timing/dates of this tender doc - As you mentioned Emex re moving location from Cambridge (if outgrowing the space) - could this be anything connected to operating one of the Mega Labs due to opening early 2021? Locations Leamington Spa & Scotland (location still to be decided) or do we have other intel on the mega labs?

A paragraph on page 2 does state
