I should have mentioned for those not familiar with MITIE, Serco & Sodexo - these companies are Facility Management Companies and NOT Test Providers - They only manage the set up, cleaning, traffic management, admin etc

Sir Digby - Yes not too much mentioned about LFT's today - However the Gov has just issued new contracts to Service providers to manage Test Centre around the UK
MITIE & Serco mentioned in the attached and also Sodexo these contracts are for approx 18 months - combined value approx £1.5Billion.

@barnetpeter, DHSC doesn't want the product ?!?! Really, not sure where you dug that particular nuggest up from but thats total BS, since novacyt are also now an approved suppliers hospital labs order direct no DHSC involvement average NHS lab are doing circa 1000 tests per day, across all testing platforms which includes Q machines now, feedback is that they are becoming the preferred platforms due to capacity, ease of use and speed. Testing kits now just being ordered routinely as with the other analysers. Throwaway comments such as yours really don't do you any favours
