DCB, I appreciate you’re only advising people to hold, but it should be pointed out, that Ncyt 100 bagging came from a starting mkt cap of barely £4m and are now potentially having £500m plus sales at an 83% margin.
That said it is easy to see Hemo 10 bagging from here.

I think punters have just got bored as they see other favourites Ncyt,Odx,Ggp,Eua etc all flying of late and have shifted funds over. However I feel this could be good news for those who would like Hemo SP to rise sharply as there will be a tsunami of money piling in once the Eli Lilly news drops. Meanwhile I’m just happy to sit and wait.

My understanding is that the FDA now have up to 60 days to confirm if fast track granted. If it is, then that would cut approval (hopefully) time in half to about 6 months.

I have always wondered if we are meant to know that it is Eli Lilly who are the Global Co.
As JHFH has shown the follow up RNS told us Eli Lilly are GlobalCo in new agreement. They then show how new RNS should read where Eli Lilly are named BUT this time they omit to say it’s the same GlobalCo as they mentioned in 26th June RNS. It’s almost as if they forgot they had previously told us they are one and the same. Hence today they still refer to them as GlobalCo.

I don’t know what some people were expecting today. Interim reports are only a summary of what’s happened so far. Anything significant would have been already told to us. It is all still on track and I remain 99% confident that within next 2 months we will announce CDX Antibody Licence Agreement with Eli Lilly ...... err I mean GlobalCo who we’ve been working with!!!

That means full year eps of at least 125p. Which puts us on a PE of barely 3.

Obviously Eli Lilly confirmed as GlobalCo since that note produced.

I’ve said this before but it seems worth repeating to those who assume the Eli Lilly CDX Antibody RNS is due release in next couple of days.

The original agreement was extended by 3 months to allow completion of work delayed due to Covid. That takes us to late August. Then Eli Lilly have 3 months to decide if they wish to in license the agreement. So that takes us up to late November.
However, I believe that when Eli Lilly made it known they were the anonymous Global Co in early July, that was the signal that they were happy to proceed further.
For me, it is now just a question of the legal teams drawing up an agreement. In which case the CDX Antibody RNS should be due anytime in the next 6 weeks.

In theory we could be waiting until late November before we get CDX news.

FWIW tho, I reckon the work was completed early July, Eli LIlly were happy with it which is when they agreed to be named as the global company. This then gives them up to early October for lawyers to draw up an agreement. SO I’m not expecting any news until September at the earliest.

Peanuts for either one of them to buy Hemo for £250m.

I remember years ago tech company Imagination tech supplied chips to both INtel and Apple. They both feared the other would takeover IMG, so both ended up taking stakes of over 10% to block the other.

It amazes me that punters faff around trying to trade small pharmas for 10% gains. Take a look at Alterity Therapeutics on the Asx to see the effect a positive announcement can have on the SP. After announcing that the FDA had given them permission to proceed with Phase II trials for its Parkinsons drug the share rose 2500% from 1.7c to 42c during the day before closing at 16c and a 834% gain on the day.
MAke no mistake that is the sort of rise we could see here one day.

There is so much evidence out there. Sales to 100+ countries, major long term contract, proof of ramp up to at least 10m a month, testing will be needed long into 2021, director buys, tweets that suggest raw material shortage is no longer a problem. All suggest they will be swimming in money this year.

In a few months, maybe next month, maybe next week even, when people will wonder why they didn’t to fill their boots at these levels.

Here’s another example of what a complete nonsense the current valuation of Ncyt is.

Co diagnostics CODX on Nasdaq has a current sp of ~$18 giving it a mkt cap of about $500m. Analysts have a target price range of $30-$36. Or heading to a $1 billion.

You maybe wandering what their sales forecast is?

There was a lot of press a year ago that Exscientia would undergo an IPO on NASDAQ in May this year, with a suggested value of about $1bn. Does anyone know what appended to that planned float. I note that Exscientia have just raised 60m, so has the float been shelved or delayed?

Obviously the significance here is that Frontier hold 3.3%, which more than underpins current market cap.

The Mologic Elisa test ( ODX relevant) was submitted to PHE for approval on 17th April. That was the same day Roche revealed their antibody test which I presume would have been submitted to PHE for approval that day.

Roche obviously were given approval 4/5 days ago.

Are PHE not going to approve Mologic? Are seeking seeking further clarification?

Or hopefully we will receive approval this week. In which case you might question why Roche and Abbott given approval and all the headlines before us.

He’s certainly done very well as founder of Blue Earth Diagnostics. Syncona were main backers there and they returned 10 x their investment when sold to Bracca.
