The London Stock Exchange is reporting a 8.44% drop in SP--that's good enough for me.

I think todays 8% fall just mirrored the general sentiment of the AIMS market.

However, had the confidence and sentiment been riding high, the SP would have disregarded market conditions and climbed .

Can someone clarify a point..George was hoping to start the test this Monday or certainly before the end of the week.

My understanding from the interview is that the OEMs,s are on site.

The "delay" is due to the OEM's organizing its teams and transporting the workforce to the Zulu site.

Point two:

During the interview, George did say that yes, finance for the 2nd testing was available AS LONG AS THE TESTING STARTED SOON.

May I recommend reading Jaglith's reply to my theory, it was only a theory.

Premier has debts,millions of debts and has no revenue source.

It is Hobsons choice,Premier has to finance it's debts and the only way this can be done is in last post.

Capital introduction,revenue,JV or EGM.

My bet is on the EGM,time is not on the side of Premier.

Let me start by saying that I don't think the next test run will eliminate all the gremlins. I believe that at the end of this current run, the plant WILL NOT be graded as commercial in both tonnage or grade. Further tests will be required. That is where I stand.

I would HOPE for an extension past August.

Any sales would help service the plant and overheads; however, I cannot see sufficient revenue being generated to forego the need to increase the share ceiling.

A capital investor or JV on Tantalum may ease the pressure.

I'm afraid I have no timeline.

George is looking to complete the consolidation by the end of August.

The question is, will he run out of money? I believe he will, and before the end of August.

You are assuming that the test results are favourable.

He may have sufficient funds to run the test, but not to pay accumulated creditors.

Tis all in the mixing bowl at the momement,impossable to give you the reply you asked for.

This is my theory:

George went to Canmax to get permission to hold an EGM. Canmax refused.

Canmax told George the SP was far too low. Before Canmax entertained any idea of an EGM, the CEO must make a concerted effort to lift the SP.

Two very weak RNSs have followed, and some attempt at an interview.

Have Canmax agreed, we will find out very soon.

This is why Snowking has suddenly reappeared.

No problem, the SP remained constant up to 7 July.

The company issued an RNS stating that the Zulu plant had restarted

The share was ramped to death.

The SP rose to 0.032.

Then we had the share contra/interest account with Canmax. Most punters thought Canmax had increased its % in Prem and pumped accordingly.

Then, finally, the company informed shareholders that the plant required further tests.

In reality, there was only one jump in SP, that being the 8th July. Since that date, the market has ignored Prem, leaving the price today the same as 3 weeks ago, with no tangible progress whatsoever

Between 8th July and 30 July, the SP has not progressed
