May I suggest that you READ the posts before making general comments.

It has been explained to you that finance has been made available to run the test, this has been achieved by diverting funds from other ledger accounts.

So, leaving the test expenditure out of the equation, please tell the BB how Prem will finance "normal operations" for August.

I posted some figures yesterday, which may help your calculation.

Without a sizeable dilution, how are you going to service the accumulating creditors and normal running costs.

I cannot see Glencore underwriting/clearing a C$75, maybe $80million debt based on a 5-day trial at Zulu.

Before any formal debt agreement is signed, Glencore will require copper bottom assurances on the reliability of output and grade.

I envisage this taking the rest of this year.

There may be an interim agreement regarding the financing of R&D

I would like to see a monthly remittance from Glencore.

The amount would be a round sum allowance specifically for Zulu R&D and would be ringfenced.

The amount would be agreed upon between the parties, including Canmax.

Any JV on the exploitation of Tantalum would ease the financial pressure.

Non R & D expenditure would be serviced by dilution.

I think the Zulu mine will be continually tested during the remainder of this financial year, WD40,spanners etc.

That is not to say progress will not be made, I believe that the Zulu mine will NOT be "commercially fit" during 2025.

What I can see happening is that Glencore will provide funding for the future tests and be repaid in spod.I do not, however, see any formal agreement being concluded until reliable nameplate production, IMO 2026.
