I just find it difficult to accept that Glencore will sign an agreement to manage/repay $70, maybe $80million of debt on the evidence of two very short-term tests .

IMO, I can see Glencore scanning the test results, and if encouraging, I can see Glencore making an interim offer to pay for the Zulu R&D.

This will NOT form an LOI agreement.

Premier will then have to call shareholders for funding, funding the running of the plant, creditors, etc,all the expenses outside R&D.

A JV on Tantalum would be beneficial

This is how I see it: I cannot see Glencore committing until Zulu achieves RELIABLE production at grade and output.

Should finance be available, then I envisage further test work for the remainder of the year.

I do believe that Zulu can reach the nameplate and grade but it will take time and money.

I DO NOT like the current finances and will stick to my view that an EGM will be called and will ask for many millions.

I have already suggested the way I see Glencore helping.

Any formal agreement will roll into Q2.

Without knowing the terms of any agreement, it isn't easy to calculate.

The buyer may demand a 30/35% discount on the spodumene price; if this is below 6%, the company pays penalties.

We will have to wait and see.

Not expecting a reliable nameplate production until New Year.

The Zulu plant has been designed to achieve an output of 4000tonnes per month at 6.5% spodumene.

Whereas I accept that the second flotation plant would benefit the plant production, I cannot see the design of the plant coping with 8000 tonnes per month, IMO, without further capital input and severe modifications your 8000 tonnes per month is excessive.

To reach 4000 tonnes per month, the plant has to run, without interruption, for 22 days.

· An improvement in the price of Spodumene Li2O 6% min CIF to at least US$800/t. To the extent that the price doesn't recover to these levels, Zulu will need to fast track the addition of a Tantalum circuit to see the introduction of potential byproducts sales of Tantalum from December 2025.

I don't think you will find much support in looking at the bigger picture; the bigger picture has been one disaster followed by another.

With our focus on Zulu and given the Company's financial position, little has been achieved in regard to Premier's other projects. To avoid jeopardising these other projects, Premier will assess a proposal that all assets with the possible exception of Vortex and Zulu EPO exploration area claims seek alternative funding in a new structure to secure independent financing and to provide better security of the assets in question and a better outlook for recovery of value.
