The creditors continued to support the project on the proviso that tangible progress was being made and targets could be met within the timeframe.

If I were a creditor, I would be concerned. I can see a situation where the creditors come knocking.

The JV for Tantalum has been mentioned time and time again.The CEO has had people queuing to participate,the same as 3rd party Zulu investors and intituation investors.IMO he must act now to secure some form of revenue.

I am expecting quite sizeable dilution during the rest of this year.

IMO Premier will be re-organised this year.

If the situation has not been resolved by 31/12 either the firm will go bust or Canmax will just walk in.

You are talking of George Roach as if he were still CEO. In your post of 14 July, you said that a new CEO was being appointed and on that date Mr.Roach would be leaving the building.

The RNS indicates the preliminary work for the eventual test run will start on Monday 4th.

Has this now been finalized--that was the point of my question.

I repeat,Mr. Roach stated in the interview that Premier was COMMITTED to the purchase of the 2nd float plant.

The OEM's have been working on this plant for years, and we are still trying to rectify the contaminated product.

Tell me, when was the plant switched on ?
