Note-Special General Meeting WILL be called.

That Premier will require sufficient funding to keep the operation going until it can agree Prem investment.

My "long-term pot" is showing good return, but yes, my main source is empty.

IMO, the shares are expensive, especially as Premier urgently requires funds to continue.

I shall wait.

Would also like to see how Prem is reorganized, what goes where, and at what cost to the shareholder.

Just a few comments about "buyers flooding in now" and similar ramping comments.

This is just an example, between 9.26 and 10.03, no buys exceeded £1000. Yes, the trading board is blue however, the board is dominated with reports of tiny transactions, £3.20,£1.50,£4.10. Is this what you are referring to?

If the SP had a concrete foundation, rather than sand, and there was REAL CONFIDENCE AND SENTIMENT, then the serious buyers would be playing, the guys who buy £30,000,£40,000,£60,000 in single transactions.

Currently, this is playground stuff.

This is George at his best, will never give you the full picture.

The RNS is full of such examples--read between the lines for something near the truth.
