Some may not believe me, but I haven't given up on Prem; however, there is a long list of requirements before I start clapping again.
The plant has to demonstrate that it can, month in, month out, achieve output in excess of nameplate.
For commercial reasons, the grade must be at the higher end, with part of the monthly consignment attracting premium rates.
The swingeing debt must be brought under control soon. Prem's debt has always concerned me.
A JV partner for Tantalum and other must be brought forward.
I would like to study the details of the "break-up" of Premier.
I am not against opening RHA and would certainly welcome investment into EPO exploitation .
What would please me is Prem getting involved in the Zimbabwe lithium programme, the country is looking to lithium to aid the economy and appears willing to invest in keeping value "in house". Battery manufacturing will come to Zimbabwe.
