Interest debt increases each month due to Premier not servicing the debt.

I can see Canmax exercising its rights over the Zulu shares, calling in the security.

Canmax only has security over Zulu, valuation $100m.

At 12% per month interest i calculate that the current debt is c $70m.

The Canmax debt will soon reach $100m,that's when Canmax will move.{imo}

At the start of the Zulu enterprise, George admitted that he was NOT a miner saying that he lacked the appropriate knowledge.

The guy has been dishonest with his shareholders for years, telling investors that the project at Zulu was working within budget and running in accordance with the plotted timeframe.

The Zulu spodumene is years behind schedule, it has been grossly mismanaged and millions over budget.

Let's get one thing clear, IT IS THE SHAREHOLDERS WHO HAVE KEPT PREMIER AWAY FROM BANKRUPTCY.
