The next 3 months will be very important for Prem as they have to demonstrate to Glencore that the plant can regularly supply spodumene at say 5/6000 tonnes per month at a grade above 5.5%.At the moment the mine remains in experimental mode, testing for leaks etc.

The company have identified further problems at the front of production.

IMO it will still be many months before Zulu can be deemed commercial with a reliable, verified export product.

I am NOT saying it cannot be done.

I do feel that shareholders will be asked to provide the finances to keep Premier solvent with two, maybe 3 acts of dilution.

I cannot see any inward investment until the multi-million debt has been resolved.

Have read the last RNS—a minimal run to check for leaks.

Prem will be very pleased that traders have pumped up the SP, This will allow George to exploit the next cash call.

George will know he has to work fast as very little cash left, news may drop on Friday about another large dilution and EGM.

Why do the posts concern you so?

Surely, if you are so confident that the plant will be running this week and commercial production is close, you can start acquiring shares.

Questions being asked by long-term knowledgeable investors need not concern you.

Apart from Canmax,Prems largest debtor, the company has been unable to secure ANY JV partners or institutional investors.

Procedurally, each bag must be sampled and tested. A composite sample of all bags must be prepared. Samples must be independently assayed. This is the first shipment of product from Zulu and the process is carefully monitored by both Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe and the independent inspectorate.

This pensioner was given a job by his old friend, Mr. Roach.

Can you post an RNS from a former employer congratulating Hill for his outstanding contributions and achievements, but his former employer makes no mention of Hill?

If you read the CV of Mr. Roach, you would believe he was the Alex Ferguson of the mining world.

Ps Sheffield Hallam didn't become a university until the early 1990s; Hill went to Sheffield Poly.

Well, everyone else has had a go, plant manufacturers, esteemed engineers, and world experts have been paid---revenue-----STILL ZERO.

Now we are informed that there are problems at the front of the mine:

The Company also concluded further test work on the ore sorters originally specified and the results indicated that the sorters require reconfiguration.

Never mind, after a year on the dole, we now have a friend of Mr. Roaches joining Prem.
